I joined Nuala for a walk at Fairhead. She was an excellent guide and shared some great stories. I would definitely recommend joining Nuala for future walks ❤️

I've had the most lovely morning with Nuala and a great group of fellow walkers. Nuala was so welcoming and the whole trip was really well planned and thought out, with a bit of mindfulness, Qigong on the beach, good exercise, great connections and plenty of toilet stops 🤣. Thanks for such a great morning Nuala, and I'd highly recommend anyone to join one of the walks.

As always everything was well prepared in advance by Nuala. The route was tailored to our skills and abilities. We had great companionship in an easy unforced manner. After a really enjoyable walk from 9 am on we got back in good time.

I took part in Northstar Wellbeing Program for the month of November with Nuala as my informant experienced guide. A truly wonderful experience of meditation , journaling and uplifting positivity. A real good way to sent goals for your health and wellbeing. Truly beautiful experience.

Another wonderful hike up Sawal mountain under the leadership of Nuala plus very interesting/educational stop /lunch at Dart cheese factory .Highly recommend.

What a great experience with Nuala and the girls. Nuala is passionate about nature and wellbeing and loves to share her knowledge of the Forrest and trails in the a relaxed and fun way.

Went on my first proper hike this morning and so glad I chose Nuala to guide me. It was amazing from start to finish. Nuala made sure we went at a pace that suited everyone and rather than a race to the top it was a wonderful mindful ascent to the summit. She shared her knowledge of the surrounding views and keep us all comfortable and safe throughout.
My first hike but definitely wont be my last. Thank you Nuala 🥰

Great communication and logistics, beautiful energy and any anxiety I had about coming alone and for my first real hike in ages dissipated so quickly I nearly forgot. And the weather was a total bonus. I intend to be a repeat customer.

A fabulous day on Rathlin Island, Nuala has a lovely way with her & is so knowledgeable in what she does, going on this hike was a great way to see the island & meet new people

A very well organised walk by Nuala. She knew a lot about the local area which made the walk quite interesting. Nuala made sure to include everyone and I particularly liked her use of poetry when we stopped to take in the magnificent scenery at Benone.

I recently completed the 7 Sisters Challenge in the Derryveagh mountains and I’m still riding the high. In the weeks leading up to the challenge Nuala provided invaluable guidance on exercise, nutrition and overall wellbeing to help us prepare.

The day itself was just incredible from start to finish. Nuala was our guide, motivator and inspiration, thinking of every detail.

There were tough moments throughout the challenge but the camaraderie, Nuala’s encouraging words, lots of laughs and a few jelly babies helped keep us motivated to the end.

Today, I feel such an immense sense of accomplishment. With the right preparation and training it’s amazing what our bodies can achieve. It’s crucial to trust yourself and not doubt your capabilities.

I’m so grateful to have found Northstar and to Nuala for creating this community of amazing women. Thank you, Nuala, for guiding us through this challenge, and a special shout out to the amazing ladies (Margaret, Catherine, Helen & Betty) who walked alongside me.

I completed my first hike with Nuala to Binevenagh. It was a beautiful sunset hike. Nuala is fantastic at keeping you motivated and you learn so much about the surroundings you are in. Nuala gives you a real appreciation for nature. I felt a great sense of achievement and know the importance of taking time for me. I look forward to my next one. 😊

The daily Focus points have definitely been useful in recognising areas of strength and areas of discomfort. The process of Focus points, naming feelings and thoughts, awareness, mindfulness and journalling helped with my self growth. It has been a challenging process getting up close and personal with myself. Despite some focuses being triggers I found by the end of the session the awareness was liberating and the discomfort soon became relief. I totally recommend this programme to help gain some understanding and structure into our daily lives....Its starts with one day at a time.
