Fantastic smells and very evocative. My favourite is the bookshop one as I have a small library in my flat.

2nd time ordering, 1st order was delayed about 4 weeks but I know now this is due to evri and their poor timescales, not NSS, I ordered again because when it did eventually arrived I absolutely loved the scents they’re very interesting. This time ordering, I chose the option for DPD instead, which I would highly recommend. A little more expensive but it came within a week which is a huge improvement. Will be ordering again!

My wax melts have just arrived. Harbourside. I love it. Plus I love the extra melt to sample. Thankyou so much.

Lovely and unusual scents. I really like them. However, the delivery time is long, very long and any queries sent by email are not answered. Very bad customer service.

I’ve used northern soul scents for a while now and love all off their scents. My favourite is graveyard walks and Chimmy sweep my husband loves grandads allotment we’ve got the wax melts and the oil of this.I also brought my wax melt lamp from here and it’s a game changer a lot safer than burning candles with children around.

Love all these wax melts. Scents are all different and unusual.

I ordered the selection bag as a gift as its hard to choose scents online, I loved them so much I got them for another friend and myself. The selection is great as it allows you to try various scents to find your favourite. They smell gorgeous and really last! I've used melts before that smell nice the first time you burn them but the smell fades or changes next time. Not these! The scent remains throughout the whole melt. I've been burning a single cube of 'thunderstorm' melt every evening for at well over a week and it still smells great. Delivery took a little longer but it was christmas time so they were clearly very busy. They were worth the wait. Best melts I've ever used!

These are my absolute favourite Wax Melts! They last forever and smell amazing especially Graveyard Walks and Bookshop, my whole house smells lovely and people always ask what I am burning. Just received my second order and will continue to buy these wonderful melts.

Love this brand! The smells are always exquisite and so unique, and remind you exactly of the title described, the smell lasts for so long as well! The delivery and updates are always quick and accurate too!

I cant understand the bad reviews
For this company. I have ordered 5+ times now and have never had a problem with my order. The wait time is a little longer which is clearly stated and it is because the products are hand made to a high spec. In my opinion well worth the wait. All the scents i have tried are gorgeous and i dont buy other brands any more as these are so evocative. The scent lasts ages aswell. I will be a returning customer!

Love these melts so much. Very unique and everytime I have ordered, I receive a free sample. The delivery time can be a little slow, but they are not Amazon, but a small business. Plus these are handmade, so definitely worth the wait in my opinion. So glad I discovered them!

Won’t be ordering again. I’ve ordered from them 4 times now and every single order has had a problem. Communication is non existent. Their delivery timelines are way off. And they block you on social media if you ask about an order publicly. Avoid at all costs unless you don’t mind waiting a month for an incomplete order to then be ignored after that!

I wanted to buy some wax melts for a Christmas present but Northern Soul had run out of the ones I wanted so I decided to get a gift card instead. It wasn't clear as to whether or not it would be in the form of a gift card through the post or an evoucher so I emailed them on 8 December to ask. I am still waiting for a reply although I did get sent an evoucher. Not good customer service and I won't be using them again.

This is my third review since September for a dispute about not receiving my order since SEPTEMBER. Be wary if you do ask on social media for them to rectify orders, THEY WILL BLOCK YOU!
Still haven’t received responses to my emails.
Two orders made, both of different totals and products, two IDENTICAL orders received, received the one of lesser value.
They are now challenging my bank chargeback dispute claiming that I have received the correct goods, which I have not. AVOID this company!

Absolutely love the wax melt scents. They smell beautiful, but, be prepared to wait a ridiculous amount of time for your order! Dispatch, delivery and customer service is painfully slow. I want to order again but reluctant because of this. Please improve this as the product deserves a 5 *

Happy to wait for handmade melts, I see others have not been happy with delivery time but it's quite clear on the website before you buy, you really can't complain unless it's very late, mine was exact to the lead time.
The melts smell wonderful in the packs, I can't yet say for the use as I bought as a present, but expecting good things, I'll update if not.

I paid for 3 sets of wax melts and was only delivered 2 while the e-delivery note said there were 3 and declared my order fufilled. I immediately let the company know via email as required and have heard nothing in reply. 4 working weeks and several more emails later and I have STILL not heard anything back despite them now owing me either goods or money. Unreliable - do not order.
