The melts are absolutely the best out there.
The scents are beautiful.
When people come into my home they always ask what the lovely smell is.
I can't name my favourite as they are all wonderful.
Delivery isn't instant but it is best to remember that they are made to order, not pulled off an amazon shelf.

As always, the scents are absolutely beautiful. You can tell the work and time that has gone into the building of each of the Christmas fragrances. Chimney Sweep is a particular favourite, the smoke and spice creates a warm and inviting space for Yuletide.
The delivery was slightly slower than advertised but customer service got straight back to, explained and checked the tracking for me.
Will definitely still be a returning customer. (Exited to try the freebie melt too).
In a world full of synthetic scents, Northern soul are doing it naturally and right!

Been shopping with Northern Soul Scents fora few years now. Tried different products, alsways great experience. Scents for every nose, long lasting, but not overpowering. Love the wax melts and have a few favourites I stock up on regularly

Love love this company. The most unusual unique scents . Great value and am a repeat customer.

So Northern Sent do make something amazing things they really do.
They are getting a 3 star due to them using Evri who are a shocking company.
I spent a lot on wax melts for Xmas and i don't think I should have to spend more money to ensure I get my parcel delivered to me.
The customer service rep even admitted how bad Evri was to me. So this is why they are getting a 3 star because it's 50/50 If you will get your parcel they are aware of the issues with Evri but don't want to do anything about it.
I've seen I'm not the only one to raise this issues as well.

We have a Royal Mail option at checkout that you can use if you find that Evri aren’t reliable in your area. However it does cost more as it’s a more expensive shipping option. So we don’t offer it as a free shipping option. As discussed on the chat, we find Evri to be just as reliable as the other couriers we’ve used in the past. In some areas they’re not as reliable and in some they’re great - but we find that’s the same with all of the couriers. This is why we now offer multiple courier options at checkout, including Royal Mail and the option to have your parcel delivered to a locker or local pickup point if preferred.

That's fine but it doesn't change the fact you use a unreliable company where you may or may not receive the package it really is 50/50. It also doesn't change the fact that when someone spends a lot of money on wax melts to then be expected to pay more to receive the package isn't fair sending it to a locker is all good and well till they dump it outside the locker.
It Also doesn't change the fact that In the chat you admitted that Evri are unreliable a lot of the 1* reviews mention the same issue.
I find Northern Sent as a company to be fine once again you make some Very nice Beautiful products its just a shame you may or may not receive them.

After my refund I ordered the same product for £10 less on Amazon, next day delivery! Order 86333 ordered a beacon metal Edison burner, 4 days ago, still hasn't been dispatched, they obviously don't have the stock and order from another company when ordered through them making the profit. Emailed asking for the royal mail tracking number assuming it had been posted already, no reply, asked for a refund so I can buy elsewhere as it hasn't been posted, no reply, do not use this company, seems dodgy.

Bought an oil and wax melt for a Christmas gift, came with a free little tester too so nice for me to try the brand.

I feel like I’ve made an amazing discovery. These wax melts are phenomenal… they last ages, they smell soooo nice and they’re actually really good value for money.

Amazing scents, cool packaging, speedy service and excellent value for money. The fact they're made in the north is the icing on the cake!

What a beautiful place! Everything is well made with love. Handmade,decorated with herbs,flowers etc,non toxic, packaged in recyclable and biodegradable boxes. Each fragrance is very unique and will take you on unforgettable journey,bring memories. Everyone will find something to love and buy again and again. My favourite at the moment is Campfire, Bookshop,Morning dew. I appreciate little samples gift too.

Graveyard Walks is such an evocative scent. It truly does remind me of a walk in a deserted place where the smell of wet stones and damp earth envelop me. It’s the nicest wax melt I have ever experienced.

I have to say I'm a wax melt/candle ADDICT. These are the best wax melts I've ever used and now won't buy my melts anywhere else. The smell and the memories they provoke are outstanding and far more unusual than I've ever had. The scents are strong but not overpowering and personally for the price are outstanding. Thankyou NSS. Honestly try some, you won't be disappointed!
I think my favourites are Thunderstorm, Grandads Allotment and Book Store. I love that scents are seasonal. Witching hour is my current seasonal scent, have my Autumn scents on order.
Made in small batches so delivery is a little longer than normal but I'd happily wait for these baby's 😊

I couldn't decide which melts to buy so I instead subscribe to the monthly boxes. I've always been more of a vanilla or fruity fragrance person with candles but I have been proven wrong and surprised as each melt I've had the past 3 months I have loved!

I've been getting these wax melts for awhile. They are great value for money, and have a great smell.

I adore northern scents, their candles and wax smelts smell gorgeous, don’t let out toxic fumes, last a while and are potent. My package got lost due to evris failingn abut northern scents where quick to get back to me and help. I will be a loyal customer !

Never disappointed with the range of wax melts - something for everyone and all seasons! Fragrance lasts for hours after use. Woodstock, Graveyard Walks and Bookshop are the most evocative for me. Dispatch and delivery are speedy - I tend to pay the premium for DPD as I find them to be more reliable than the alternative. Overall, great scents and value for money. Packaging’s classy too!

Absolutely beautiful scents, long lasting

Not only are the products made by this company lovely, but their customer service is great. They answered my email promptly and went beyond to replace my order, even though the fault was in no way theirs, but the couriers..they also gave me an alternate delivery method to use in future.

Great wax melts and room/linen spray. Forest floor smells amazing. 10/10
