Their garments are lovely.
I also recently had a problem with my return and my husband had thrown away the posting receipt. This didn't matter to Gavin he went out of his way to locate this and sent replacements very quickly. Excellent customer service.

I brought two items from this company. Both Sherpa hoody’s, both ripped within wearing them 3 to 4 times. The quality of the manufacturing is really poor.

Second time I've bought from them good quality, fit well and arrived quicker than expected.

I ordered a fleece for my partners Christmas present and the quality was lovely but it didn't fit him properly. It was past the 30 day refund policy and they still let us exchange. I managed to miss all the important details of the form when I sent it back, and they managed to find the item with the vague description I could give them. I've been nothing but a nightmare customer and they've been so patient and helpful through everything. Can't wait to receive the new item. Thank you again for all your help!

Quality of the trousers are absolutely shocking! As others have stated on other reviews I've worn them 4-5 times and they look terrible but was told its out of the returns time frame. Don't waste your money

I ordered some clothing for Xmas for my partner didn’t think of checking them and when they were opened and she tried them on she realised there was a big hole at the bottom but coz I’d had them a while they wouldn’t do anything, shame really could of spent a fortune on their website but won’t be from now on

Ordered two items. Both arrived and seemed good quality. Washed both items together and one item shrank so much I can no longer get them on. Contacted customer services who are extremely unhelpful and refused the return. I am left having to make a claim from PayPal. I wouldn’t buy from again as there are other companies with better customer service. Have to point out that I have offered to send the item back but they want me to pay for postage to turkey. As for taking pictures, they look exactly like they did when you sent me them, but smaller having shrunk due to what I can only assume poor materials used in manufacture

The best hoodie iv bought so warm so light no wonder they sell out , don't want to take it off and it's first thing I put on in the morning save on gas and buy a northern garms hoodie ! Super quick delivery and returns .

Bought as a gift for a family member who’s always cold, so it hasn’t been given yet, my kiddo tried it on as he was debating wanting one but said it was too warm, which is a huge win, it’s a very nice fit with lovely long arms, and flattering when on, it’s as I’ve been informed very comfortable, but if you are a warmer person may be too warm for you, even better it felt nice for my kiddo who has autism, which is a huge win as we struggle with clothes, so if he ever decides he needs one I’ll be placing another order, now to hope the intended recipient approves, postage was quick, price was reasonable for the quality very happy with this company and order massive thanks you 😊
