Northern Deckline replaced our large raised deck. They did a great job. Martin explained everything about the process. Both Martin and Darryl were very professional, respectful and tidy throughout the job. They are both a credit to the company.
We would highly recommend Northern Deckline. The product quality, staff and workmanship are all top notch.

Exactly on time Scott,Shane & Ellis were a brilliant set of young men they worked none stop all day,cleaned up after,very very pleasant they explained everything they were going to do.At the end of the day you wouldn't know they had been except for the fantastic decking
they left behind.great firm great workers would highly recommend not forgetting Richard who started the ball rolling with his great knowledge of composite decking

Non pushy sales technique, thorough surveyor, excellent communication as to date of installation and a first class job by 3 excellent lads in installing the decking.

First Class service from the start to the finish. Information provided about materials and options was very well presented by Richard who also made himself available to respond to any issues or further questions.
Workers arrived on time and worked none stop, all old decking removed and cleared away.
I was amazed at what just two workers can achieve in a day. The whole job finished in three days. It looks stunning . I have no complaints at all and would highly recommend. I did take pictures but am technologically challenged and cant find a way to add them to this review. Thank you

We had the decking installed to enable us, as an elderly and disabled couple, to have access to our garden via our conservatory.We had been let down by another supplier so we wanted to make sure we chose one we could rely on. From the survey carried out by Richard and help from the engineer the pre installation procedure proceeded smoothly thanks to their advice.
Sound advice and service prior to installation means very little if the installation of the decking is not carried out in a satisfactory manner.
We are glad to say that the installation of the sub frame, decking and balustrade was carried out in a professional manner with the two installers operating their skills as a team. From the moment they arrived to when tthe decking was completed, they never wasted a minute.
The result was an excellent example of how decking should look within the setting of a mature garden.
We would hope that the two men who undertook the installation are more than adequately rewarded by your company for their labours; because they deserve it.
We are extremely pleased with the decking you have provided us with. Thank you very much.

Richard who came to discuss our requirements was efficient, professional and polite discussing our requirements and best options for our installation.

Chris also professional the surveyor discussed again or requirements and reassured about the plan.

We had our composite decking fitted in April 2024 by Scott, Shane & Ellis. We can’t speak highly enough about the service we received. The lads worked extremely hard to get everything completed in a week in wet, cold conditions. They were very personable & polite and did a first class job. Happy to recommend both the product and this company, we are extremely pleased, thank you.

The guys who came did a great job .even in the rain they carried on .nothing stopped them .would recommend the company to anyone.....

We have just had our new decking installed by Northern Deckline, and from the very beginning it has been a pleasure.
Our 1st meeting was with Richard who was extremely knowledgeable, giving us advice and guidance. He was very patient answering my many many questions over the next few days.!!
To then Chris who came to confirm the measurements and trim etc..
Then when we had decided to go ahead with the antique colour decking to replace our old wooden decking, it was only a few weeks until it was started by Darrel, Martin and Corey.
What a fantastic team they were..!!
They were friendly, hardworking and very accommodating, keeping us informed every step of the way.
Day one all our old wooden decking was removed and taken away, leaving it clean and tidy every day..
And by day five it was all done, and looking wonderful. The quality of the decking and the installation is excellent. It is exactly what we were hoping for.. and more besides.
I would definitely recommend Northern Deckine. 10/10.

This is the second time we have used this company. We didn't need to get any other quotes as their work is excellent. Product is brilliant, their workmanship is second to none. The three guys Scott, Shane and Ellis who fitted ours were great. Very friendly, informative, polite, and explained every step of their work. Arrived between 8 and 8.30am and put a full days work in. They were very accommodating
They were very careful not to ruin our lawn which we appreciated.
They cleaned up each day and on completion cleaned the whole area of decking.
They are a credit to Northern Deckline.

We have just had our old decking replaced by Northern Deckline. Everything right from the quote from Andrew to the work being completed was excellent. Darrell, Martin and Corye were very polite, tidy and worked in awful weather to complete our lovely new decking. We are very pleased, it looks great and the finishing touches give it a very professional finish.

Absolutely superb service, right from Richard's initial visit and quote, to Chris visiting to survey, and then Martin and the team to build (who it should be pointed out were polite, courteous and cleaned up each day - and never stopped working in what can only be described as atrocious weather conditions.) Highly recommended. Roll on the decent weather!
