Normie & Co were simply incredible. As first time buyers they really helped us understand the process, held our hands throughout and were extremely patient when things were dragging. Massive shout out to Nicole (don't get mixed up with her colleague Nicola or you'll be in hot water) she was immense. Thanks ever so much for making the entire process as easy as possible.

Kind regards
Rebecca & Gerald

All we can say is Normie & Co are most definitely the estate agents to use. They are extremely efficient, very professional but also very approachable. Josh was brilliant when valuing our house and Nicole was also brilliant in chasing up our Solicitors. We had the worst experience possible with our Solicitors, Curtis Law (would advise anybody to stay well clear from these Solicitors), but Normie & Co. went above and beyond to help get our sale sorted and would highly recommend them to anybody/everybody.

Thanks to Caroline for her prompt, efficient help resolving an issue for my tenants. Something I have noticed over the four years they have been my rental agents is that the company deals with some really good and reasonably priced contractors. It eases our minds being so far away, especially during these recent times, that management of the property is in such good hands. Excellent Service.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with from start to finish! A mention goes to Josh who was very professional and personable, great job! Secondly Nicole, who was superb, answered everything thoroughly, so calm in every situation and absolutely went above and beyond! Thankyou so much! Lorna

Great service. I bought a property through Normie and had a fantastic experience thanks to Nicole Bradburn who handled the whole process. She was incredibly responsive to emails and calls, was always on the ball with everything and was friendly, polite and positive throughout. A rare combination of competence and a positive personality. A pleasure to deal with and couldn't recommend highly enough. Thanks Nicole!

We bought through Normie and Co. From the moment we offered, we had a dedicated sales rep who kept us up to date on a weekly basis. The pur has through Normie and Co was very very straightforward and actually a pleasant experience.I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Kept fully updated on progress by Nicole throughout. Liked the fact they could recommend list of solicitors and surveyors.

Normie & Co, and Natalie in particular, were fantastic. They kept me up-to-date at every stage of buying my first house, often picking up the slack from the solicitors, and made everything easy.

After not making progress with our first agent we changed to Normies. What a difference! We had viewings arranged almost straight away and sold our property quickly. Nigel was great to deal with. Both friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Just want to say how outstanding the service given by Normie and Co is. Especially Josh, who is always on the end of the phone whenever I need. Going above and beyond, following a small issue Josh even texted me on a Saturday evening to reassure me. Highly recommend, the whole team are a credit to the industry.
