I had a few questions about changing my direct debit because of late payment , the agent was very helpful and extremely professional, patient

Had to call Flag to verbally sort insurance as I did things online, spoke to Claire today and OMG what a fantastic help. She sorted all things out for me that I had no clue what to do. Fantastic help and great personality, had a good laugh as well. Thank you, here to many years of cover.
