Your auditing process is horrible
My poor rating is due to the audit process. I would NOT have gone with Normandy had I known that my audit would not be in person. I have had to gather all the info in the format you requested and then I had to follow up with the auditor who didn't return my phone calls. Then I was passed to another auditor, who was very nice but now I am disputing the audit. I see it as I have done all of your work. I have had to spend hours on YOUR JOB. Not okay Normandy.

We provide a self-audit for your convenience and most of our clients prefer them done in this manner, but we are happy to send an auditor out to complete the audit at your premise if that's your preference.
