Our relationship with Normandy Harbor…
Our relationship with Normandy Harbor has been nothing but phenomenal for us. Our partnership has been working together for the past 10 years. We are a Professional Employer Organization and have always carried a second carrier for "just in case.". Fortunately for us that "instance" has never occurred and although our second carrier has changed numerous times, Normandy is the rock that makes up the cornerstone of our foundation. They have performed far beyond that of the others in absolutely every single aspect. Highly, HIGHLY recommend Normandy Harbor for any insurance need they can fulfill for you

You guys can start using docu-sign to help the process go smoother. Also complete your forms that you send for customer to sign but want me to fill out when I don't know what some of the empty columns isn't information that I would even know what to put there. Example, the Loss Run form was sent to me completely blank not even partially filled out. Make it where customer can get a link to put in payment information instead of waiting on the mail or have to print it just to fill out information and send a voided check. Need to allow credit/debit card payment options and not just checking/savings account.
