Frank Primato, the marketing rep/underwriter is world class. Very few company reps seem to want to do their jobs anymore, and Frank is very attentive and always responds. Highly recommend if you want an employee that actually cares about his job. A++

Excellent service and always helpful. Quick responses to any questions or service related items. The underwriters ask questions that help you write business on submissions. They definitely are not cookie cutting on underwriting. They will help write business if it makes sense.

Normandy has great support staff for their clients. Our agent is the top of the class. The only issue's I have are that they do not have rated paper yet and their foot print is limited. I am sure they will eventually solve both of those issues. I would recommend checking with them the next time you are in the market for coverage.

Everyone involved in getting the quotes done and the policies issued were outstanding. The underwriter got the application approved and quoted within a 24 hr period which we needed for the customer to start a new job. And shortly after we got it bound we had the policy.

Normandy's underwriting team has been exceptional to work with. I may not always get an approval, but a get a validate explanation.

Most importantly I get quick responses on submissions.

i have not been able to obtain a workers comp. But the response times have been great to let me know of the decline.

Jose Beltran is a true professional. His team and the way they manage claims is tremendous. Greta also assists us with safety reviews and such.
