The pleated dress looked lovely when it arrived and the colour was close to what I saw online. I wore it to a wedding and felt comfortable from the ceremony through to the evening. The skirt has enough movement without feeling too heavy. I would wear it again rather than keeping it as a one time occasion dress.

I ordered a pair of loafers and a short sleeve shirt at the same time. Both arrived in one parcel and looked like the website photos. The loafers are slightly firmer than trainers which I expected but they became more comfortable after a couple of wears. The shirt has a relaxed fit and has been useful for weekends.

Scam . Wait ages , clothes cheap and returns impossible . Dont use them they’re awful ! ££ out of pocket for no reason . Crap . DO NOT USE

Would give zero. Ordered a jumpsuit for a wedding. Item arrive a week after the wedding. Offered me 10% back which is £4!! To return I have to pay to ship to CHINA! DO NOT BUY!! Also material much cheaper than it looks. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Call themselves London but their office is Amsterdam and they ship from China!!

Awful experience. I ordered a dress for my bridesmaid. Despite me chasing and chasing, it turned up the day before the wedding in the tiniest little bag, all crumpled up. It didn't fit anyway and obviously didn't have time to get it altered so wanted to return it. The return process is virtually impossible - the return cost to China and other duty taxes etc make it unusable to return. They gave me a £7.99 refund on a £40 dress. I would definitely warn you to not order.

Placed an order and it turned up looking terrible its so cheaply made and the customer service is shocking. No replies from customer support all week and there contact number isn't even a recognised phone number. I would advise to avoid this scam at all costs. Not worth a penny spent and refusing to return.

The suit I ordered was better fitting than I expected from buying online. The jacket sits properly across the shoulders and the trousers only needed a small adjustment at the hem. I wore it for a family event and stayed comfortable for most of the day. For the amount I paid I am happy with what arrived.

Ordered £120 suit and recieved something completely unusable and not fit for purpose. Size was so far out that im not sure it would fit my 6year old son. Material is so thin its thinner than any clothing item iv ever seen before. Did not match the picture by any standards. The worst part several ignored emails when trying to initiate a return. Even after providing clear photos and explanations for my return they still have refused to provide me with a returns address. I now have to take this up with my card issuer that can take upto 60days. Thanks Norleigh London for taking my money and essentially running. Pure scam artists at there very best.

Customer service replied to my question about sizing within the same day. The answer was useful and helped me choose between two sizes.

This has to be the worse thing I have ever purchased ever. The so called attractive wide legged green jumpsuit is made of the cheapest imaginable fabric, doesn’t have wide legs, has a completely wonky neck and sleeve line. I could go on … It took two weeks to arrive from China when I was under the impression that Norleigh is in London or Amsterdam. I have emailed for a refund as soon as I opened the package but haven’t had a return message as yet. DON’T BUY from this disgusting company

The denim mini dress has become one of those things I reach for when I do not want to think too much about what to wear. I usually pair it with trainers during the day. The buttons feel secure and it keeps its shape after wearing it for several hours. I am pleased with the quality for the price I paid.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Norleigh London. I ordered a coat expecting to receive the item advertised on their website, but instead I received a completely different coat shipped from China. For the high price they charge, the quality and the item I received were completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, when I asked for a refund, I was not given my money back and was told I would have to pay a shipping fee to return the coat. Why should I have to pay to return an item that is completely different from what I ordered?

This has been a frustrating and stressful experience. I feel misled by the product advertised and disappointed by the way my refund request has been handled.

I would not recommend Norleigh London. Be very careful before ordering, and make sure you read the returns policy thoroughly. I expected a straightforward purchase and fair customer service, but that is not what I received. I simply want my money back without having to pay extra to return an item that was not what I ordered in the first place.

Tracking was clear from dispatch until delivery and the parcel arrived in good condition. Nothing was missing from the order.

The name and website is misleading. This company is not based in London but China/Amsterdam. The delivery is lengthy so dont order if you are expecting product within 2 weeks. On delivery it is a very typical tightly wrapped 'shien/temu' get up. The outfit i ordered was marketed as 'tailored'. It was far from tailored and the quality was cheap and poor. The final thing to be aware of, if you are not happy with your product you need to foot the bill to return to China! I would not recommend shopping here.

I bought a suit from here and it wasn't fit for purpose so I started the return procedure. I started this within the 30 days and they are refusing the return and offering only a 10% refund, which is against the consumer rights act 2015.

Scam company. Clothes are not as advertised. Pretending to be based in uk. Ask for £30 returns charge. Faulty items. SCAMMERS. They change company name when busted!

SCAM SCAM SCAM . Used to be Aurelle london up until 2 weeks ago . I wish I had double checked and read Trustpilot before hand . Lesson learnt. I thought I was buying in the UK nope CHINA! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . NORLEIGH LONDON / AURELLE LONDON. Or whatever you change your name to next . ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!!! Terrible quality of clothing and because I am in between sizes I bought 2 which I now cannot return without a €35 charge to send back. Absolute garbage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This company used to be called Aurelle London. It has changed its name and email branding in the last week or two to escape the terrible reviews on Trustpilot that expose it as a fraudulent company.

If you order from here expect…
1. Long delivery times - although they will politely email you to apologise for issues at their warehouse/with their courier etc
2. No return paperwork, but a friendly customer service email reply asking for photos of items in order to process your return
3. A thanks for the photos and offer of a 10% discount to keep them as unfortunately the warehouse is in CHINA so returns will take a long time and be expensive.

Do not be fooled by the smart website and great photos. These clothes are thin and poor quality fabric. You are being scammed by a Chinese firm pretending to be based in the UK.
