I ordered the Norelie red light with the free gifts on November 11th, 2024. I have not received an order number or any of the products I was supposed to get. I have reached out to the company via email twice and did not get any response - only more emails from them trying to get me to buy more products. I also received an email that I would be getting an invoice for my next shipment! I have no order number or tracking number. I believe this company to be a scam. I'll be contacting my State Attorney General's Office to try and resolve this.

I was excited when I read about the therapy wand to help my neuropathy! I checked online and it said that I would also get free gifts with my order! I was happy about that and waited for my order to arrive. It arrived in a bubble sealed bag with a box with 3 items in it and a tripod in a box and a tiny bit of foot cream in a third box. According to the online website I would get a book and some videos to help explain how to use the wand and the treatment process. I called the company and the first time they were very nice to me and said they would send the book and videos out right away but I never got them. I called again and they told me it was going to be a digital book that I would have to download. I tried several times and my computer said there was no access to the download. Then at about the same time this was going on I was charged 29.95 from my bank account for some foot cream that I did not order. The company did let me cancel the order but since this has all happened I wish I would have not ordered from them. Update: I have talked to people from this company a couple of times since my first negative experience with them. They have assured me that my order for foot cream was cancelled but they never did send me the free book that was advertised on their site. They told me that I could download the book from them but would not give me a physical copy of the book. A lot of us readers out there definitely like a printed book so you don't have to spend the time and expense printing out pages on your computer or reading the book on your computer. Not happy with this since the "real" book was shown on their website as one of your "free" gifts??? They definitely did not work very hard to provide a resolution like they said they would in the bottom section of this review!

Very Helpful and efficient customer support! I ordered a knee supporter for my bone and bone, the gentleman who help me with placing the order was able to complete it in a few minutes. It seems like he know what lm thinking not only that he also give me a discount which I consider as a plus, because having to talk with fine and efficient customer support is already a win!
