Redrevive has worked wonders for my joint pain. I’m finally able to move more freely, and the stiffness has lessened significantly. I also got a nice discount for being a first-time customer. Their customer service was prompt and polite when I called for more info.

I never thought I’d find something that works for my chronic pain, but Redrevive really does. My knees don’t hurt as much, and I have more mobility. I also got a discount, which made it easier to try. The customer service team was very helpful and answered all my questions.

I spent $150. for an item that does not work. So, when I asked for a return label to be sent to me so that I may return your item and get a refund, all I'm getting is a run around!! My order number is #65613802.

I have been dealing with chronic back pain for years and didn’t think anything would help. Redrevive has truly been a game-changer. The pain has eased, and the stiffness is nearly gone. I also loved that I got a discount, and the customer service was excellent when I called with a question about delivery. I’m so happy with the product!

It took two months to receive my merchandise. They claimed to run out of stock. they called me and said to give me a discount on my purchase.

I purchased on-line, then I got a phone call from someone with the company that needed my information again, I checked my order, it stated I bought 2? I had to call; the person stated no problem they would send it back to me, then I was given a partial refund, after several E-Mails, I finally got it back! Then it took a couple weeks to get the product! Never again!

It's been well beyond the days I was to expect my product I ordered, I've called the number provided to me, it goes unanswered by a human and then it hangs up, I've emailed a few times and never got my problem resolved to date.

First let me say that I have never received such terrible product or customer service from any other company as this one---if this is even a company. I placed my order for the laser light on January 22, 2025. I received it one week later. So far so good. I put the thing on and charged it for 18 hours. It had no power. I called the company (in some foreign land) and got talked into being educated into knowing that you have to charge it 24 hours by a real sweet talker. I charged it the 24 hours and checked it periodically.
The thing never got charged. I called again and told them, as they promised I could do, that I want to return this item and could they send me a label. I was told I can send it NOW to some address about five miles down the road from where I live IN the U.S., but "no they could not send a label"; I was told I could make my own. Then I was instructed to send the thing via UPS, at my expense of $14.40, back to them and they would credit the account it was charged to for the price of the light. I was also told to send my shipping receipt, not to reimburse me for shipping, but so that they could get the tracking number. Here we are four weeks later, and my account has not been credited for the item. I also requested to have my expenses of the $14.40 for sending it back reimbursed to me by credit or by check since it was 100% their fault I had to return it. Here it is four weeks later, and I got nothing. No credit, no reimbursement for shipping. Nothing. Somebody said this sounds like a scam. It is. If it walks like a duck and it talks like a duck.....it's a duck!!! Don't anybody else get sucked into this. You can order and receive the same item, with a choices from Amazon, you can return it with a refund and live happily ever after.

Don't order anything from this company! They will tell you the product is in transit, but it will never come.
They'll refer to tracking that's bogus. I ordered 11/10/24. They've taken my money and will not provide a credit.

Their website froze as I was attempting to order a wand. I started over and this time it completed. Next day I was charged for 2. I immediately emailed and said I only wanted one, pls only ship 1 and credit for the 2nd. No response. One week later, no shipment notification yet I again emailed. No response. When I finally received the 2 wands and called them the runaround started. Offered me 50% back and I keep 2 wands. I said no, then it was 60% back. Told them I was replacing my credit card so I would notify the new number to credit. They said fine let us know. Gave them the new number and they now said they could only credit the old number and can't send a paper check. Very unhappy with this f"ing company.

I would like to update my review. The company responded to my last negative review immediately and resolved my issues. I have begun using my Norelie daily and know that it will take some time for me to see the results, but I'm hopeful that it will help me with my neuropathy pain. I am pleased that my concerns were address in such a positive way.
