I reached out to NordicScuplt as I hadn’t received part of my order.

I reached out to NordicScuplt as I hadn’t received a free gift that was promised when I ordered my BodySculpt 1.0. Jhon responded very quickly and sorted out the issue straight away, even providing me with additional free gifts and pointing me in the right direction for the user manual which was super helpful!

Rex in Customer Service is great! STILL HAVE NO PRODUCT.

Rex in Customer Service has been very helpful and attentive to my questions regarding my delayed delivery. He did explain that customs is holding my item and i should receive it soon. I appreciate the explanation and his very timely responses.

UPDATE
I am now asking for a refund. Rex told me the product had left the warehouse. I have talked to the shipping company and they said all you did was create a shipping label that they do not have the product yet. I would like a full refund promptly thank you.

I am so happy with the product

I am so happy with the product! It’s super convenient and it’s super effective in just 10 minutes per day. The pads are so soft and with the modulator you can adjust the pressure that works best for you!
Also the CS team, especially Dimples, were so helpful with information about tracking the delivery and about the product to get the best results!
Overall I recommend in fully!

Great customer service

Great customer service. I was lucky enough to get Jhon dealing with my query. Half way through the conversation we got disconnected. As with other call centres Jhon didn’t just leave it there. He connected me by email to continue the conversation. He went beyond and resolved my query perfectly. A pleasurable experience for me.

Results can vary from person to person. While some customers notice visible changes sooner, most typically begin to see results around 4 weeks, and for others it may take 6–9 weeks. Factors such as lifestyle, diet, and current body composition can all influence how quickly changes become noticeable. So please know that you’re not alone in this experience.

The BodySculpt works through microvibration therapy, and once the benefits begin to kick in, results tend to build and compound week by week. In many cases, patience and consistent use are key.

I’m not very impressed with Nordic…

I’m not very impressed with Nordic Sculpt so far. I’m yet to try the actual product & it’s only just arrived today after a long wait but the ordering experience so far hasn’t been great. There was an issue with their website the evening I tried to first order so i missed out on the valentines bundle deal.. despite reaching out to customer services, I didn’t hear back from them straight away like I see on some other reviews? I paid more to order the products separately so I wouldn’t miss out on the product and yet the valentines deal is still going? No offer to refund the prices difference and I seemed to have missed out on a free e-gift. Kristina was polite but didn’t get back to me straight away and when I advised of my upset with their website she told me she would see what she could do..I didn’t hear back again until Jhon then got in touch a clearly didn’t read any of the emails properly. So I wouldn’t rate the customer services or the website and now I’m in doubt on their reviews and if the products actually work… I guess only time will tell.
