I really loved the previous formula
I really loved the previous formula, so I was very disappointed with the new creatine gummies. They taste extremely sweet and have a chalky texture that makes them unpleasant to eat. Unfortunately, they also made me feel sick after taking them, which never happened with the old version. I’m really disappointed with the change and wish the original formula was still available.

Not for me.
I have just tried the nootra Berry flavoured gummies for the first time, and I'm sorry to say that they are not great. They have a great texture and colour, but they have a very strange taste. I bought two bags as part of a deal and, to be honest, I will be binning them. I really wanted to support a new business but unless the flavour gets sorted, I wont be back.

Hi Lindsay, we are really sorry you feel this way. We have 3 other flavours to choose from which we launched not too long ago, strawberry, pineapple and orange. Mixed berries seems to not be a favourite for some people which is why we are discontinuing it. As a small business we are always trying to improve with each new batch so we appreciate you giving us another try. You can try the 7 day trial of the new flavours if you don't want to commit to a 30 day supply.
New recipe is awful
The old recipe was delicious and the new recipe that I received Sept 25 was awful, so artificially sweet they were inedible. If you brought the old recipe back I would resubscribe in a heart beat as they were the best creatine gummies out there at the time.
Thank you for your reply I think sample packs are a great idea I will order some.

Hello, we are sorry you feel this way, as a small business we are constantly trying to improve our product. With each new batch we try to improve certain things, for example making sure the creatine is stable throughout production, that we have 5g each time, that the gummies are not chewy or stick to your teeth like the previous ones did. Working on these things have meant that the texture has changed but we are continuing to work on improving the taste and texture. We have released 3 new flavours recently and believe they are a big improvement to the previous batch. We would appreciate it if you gave them a try! New recipe is worse
Agree with other reviewers. Poor customer service. Have sent 3 emails to request a refund weeks ago but no response. Not sure how they fulfill their money back guarantee.
Their original gummy recipe was very, very good. Not chalky in the slightest. Just like eating sweets. Probably too good to be true. The recipe has since changed along with the packaging. Chalky, awful artificial sweetener aftertaste and horrid mushy texture.
Still trying to get my money back. :-(

Regarding the gummies as i mentioned in my email to you we try to improve our gummies with every new batch and as our company grows, sometimes when you try to improve one thing you end up changing another which is not to everyone's taste, but we have always been tested for creatine content so please do not worry about that.

Getting out of Nootra is a world of pain (so best not get in)
This is a tiresome company which caused me loads of bother. It is one of those firms which misleads you into buying a subscription when all you wanted to buy was one item to try it. Then when you try to cancel the subscription (that you never wanted in the first place) it is impossible. There is no effective customer service, they don’t answer emails, they say they will send you a link so you can “manage your subscription” which they then don’t …. It was a world of pain to stop paying for this stuff.

Around this time our company was experiencing many different changes of staff and personal changes and as a result the customer service unfortunately suffered. Regarding the subscription we don't know why you were unable to get out of the subscription as this has been easily done by other customers but i suspect there was an issue with the subscription app at the time. Either way this is not an issue anymore and we by no means wish to make it hard for customers to exit. Again we apologise you have had this experience, as a small business we always try to improve.
Avoid!
I would recommend avoiding this company. I’ve emailed twice in two weeks for a refund and no reply. There is also no contact phone number and they don’t reply on live chat on socials. The product is described as tasting great, unfortunately the taste and texture can only be described as a dishwasher tablet. I’ve tried many creatine gummies and these are by far the worst tasting and texture. Another company quick to take your money and then avoid any communication thereafter.

I have bought from these guys a few times before but this last time I was really disappointed, the gummies felt different and definitely didn’t have the same effect , unfortunately I’ll be looking elsewhere next time as I wont even finish this last batch

Nootra's genuinely just take like sweets and you wouldn't know they contained creatine. So much easier to consume than mixing a drink.
