This the third time i have purchased…
This the third time i have purchased from NBB outdoors, and was just amazed at the brilliant service.
Ordered captains bench on friday and it was delivered to me here in norfolk on tuesday.
The first two I brought 4 years ago and are still in excellent condition, left outside all year round.

Sale staff knowledgeable on the product…
Sale staff knowledgeable on the product we wanted. Great for our small Parish Council to be able to pay on invoice and by cheque - saves time spent checking out the company. Prompt processing and delivery, although a minor shame the "system" didn't allow for a phone call before delivery and delivery to the Park rather than private address.

Thank you for this feedback, Jeffert. We are very sorry to hear about this damage and delay.
I have checked with our sales team and they provided this timeline of events:
We first confirmed that the bench got damaged whilst in transit. When you spoke to our sales team, Chris advised that we no longer had stock in-house for that colour but did offer an alternative colour instead as we had availability in black.
You respectfully turned down the offer and requested to proceed with a replacement in brown. Therefore, Chris arranged for a resend however advised the lead time was around 20 days. You then informed Chris you would be on holiday next week and would not be able to accept delivery until you had returned.
We apologise again for the damage that was caused via 3rd party courier and hope this helps to explain why there was a delay to your order.

Delivery was a box short
Delivery was a box short, so the order was not fulfilled. The table top was also damaged.

Bin originally came without a liner but following an email and online chat, the issue was resolved and we received the missing part the following day.
