Excellent diffuser and truly outstanding service
I recently contacted Peter at NOBL to tell him how impressed we have been with both the company and the NOBL Grand 300™. It is an excellent diffuser, and we are extremely pleased with it. It looks very stylish, is easy to operate through the app and distributes the fragrance beautifully, creating exactly the luxurious atmosphere we wanted.
NOBL was also exceptionally helpful in arranging for the Grand 300™ to reach us so quickly. Peter’s customer service has been outstanding throughout—friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely keen to make sure that everything was working properly. He also provided very clear and useful advice about operating and maintaining the diffuser.
It is refreshing to deal with a company that continues to care about its customers after the purchase has been completed. I would wholeheartedly recommend both the NOBL Grand 300™ and NOBL’s first-class customer service. A thoroughly deserved five stars.

I have been dealing with Peter at Nobl on two separate orders recently which required a little support prior to purchase. The customer service has been exceptional on both occasions, with my requests being met with patience, helpfulness and friendliness. Peter clearly has a passion and belief in Nobl’s products and having been using the Grand 300 for a month now I can understand why. Excellent company to deal with, and I can’t rate the product and the perfumes enough (hence the second order). I look forward to more products being released in the future. I ordered a Grand 300 diffuser that was to include two free 200 mL scent bottles. I only received the diffuser and not the scent bottles. I have sent two emails to Nobl and Shipcube with no response. Shipcube handles the distribution for Nobl.

Game changer, what an amazing product, I've seen these in hotel lobbies around the middle East and always been in awe of the scents.

This was a gift to my wife and she loved it so much I ordered another one for our bedroom.

The 3 scents supplied are all exceptional. Never overpowering, especially with an app that lets you adjust the intensity to suit all sizes of space.

I love it, my wife loves it so I bought some extra bottles of oils too.

Customer service has been great to deal with.

Overall you will not be disappointed due to several factors, 1) the price is far better than competitors 2) scents are to die for 3) stunning compact unit 4) long lasting scents 5) easy to adjust via the dedicated app 6) great customer service 7) beats any other home fragrance product hands down

I ordered via the website which is very well laid out and easy to navigate.

The waterless diffuser unit, seems quite versatile considering it can also be connected into venting, meaning it's not limited to one area but can go throughout the whole house, and you can download an app to set the frequency and time the delivery of the fragrance.

I started looking into mist diffusers as in the office where I work it's managed by a management company and they have a similar machine in the lobby which I know is very expensive, and I do like my home to smell nice so I use Reed diffusers, what I spend on those it's about £300 a year so the waterless diffuser proposition will definitely be saving me money in the long run and will spread further than what read diffusers will throughout my home.

Overall it is a very worthwhile proposition especially considering unit price and quality.

There was a hiccup with the order process I don't know whether that was to do with their website or whether it was to do with PayPal when I paid it knocked off any discount voucher code, I only realised this when I looked at the invoice cost. I made contact with them via e-mail and got a swift reply advising me they've refunded the discount amount back to my original payment method, very easy and straightforward saves having to either refuse the delivery or get them to cancel the order and then replace it so top marks in the service department from Peter.

Speaking of cost it's great to know that the website actually offers payment by debit & credit card, PayPal and to spread the cost over a few months Klana.

We purchased the Grand 300 using an offer that was available just now . Compiled of a diffuser and 3 amazing scents .

Id previously purchased a diffuser from Dr Scents for 3x the total cost ( nice piece of equipment ) I genuinely think the diffuser provided in the deal does just as good a job and the scents smell so much better than the ones I purchased elsewhere.. Customer service also superb .. id bought 3 more bottles of my favourite scent Skyline Breeze in my opinion its just amazing, smells just like a spa we went to at the moon palace hotel in Mexico. Unfortunately because its so good its sold out . They were instantly in touch offering me to wait or solutions to replace order .. fantastic service .
