Bij toeval ontdekte ik dat hier sinds 2019 maandelijks een bedrag voor wordt afgeschreven. We hebben ons nooit aangemeld. Klantenservice geeft niet thuis; ze verschuilen zich achter privacywetgeving, en kan of wil niet aantonen dat wij een account hebben aangemaakt. Toch weigeren ze het volledige bedrag terug te betalen. Wij moeten aantonen dat we geen account hebben, wat per definitie onmogelijk is als we ons nooit hebben aangemeld...

Ik vind 11 euro per maand veel te duur voor het aantal tijdschriften waarin je geïnteresseerd bent.
Ook is het jammer dat je de oude bladen niet meer kan inzien als je lidmaatschap is gestopt.

Drie maanden gratis wil ik graag uitproberen. Waar kan ik een lijst vinden welke bladen worden aangeboden? Zitten er ook buitenlands talige (Duitse) bladen in het aanbod? Weet iemand hoe je ná die drie maanden kan opzeggen? Om daar achter te komen moet ik eerst een account aanmaken waar ik gevoelige informatie over mijzelf moet invullen. Ik wil graag boter bij de vis.
Wat ik ook zo raar vind bij dit onderdeel van trustpilot, dat de reacties van Readly in het Engels zijn.

Proefabonnement gehad, verlengingsaanbod voor 8,99 gekregen, ok prima, wat schetst mijn verbazing.. bevestiging in de mail, abonnement kost 14,99, is dat niet gewoon oplichting?

Heel veel tijdschriften en ook onderwerpen, van natuur, reizen, wetenschap, sporten, knutselen, modellen, fotografie enz. Je krijgt regelmatig bericht dat er voor jouw interessegebied en nieuw uitgave is binnen gekomen, die je ook meteen kunt inzien

Te duur voor beperkt aanbod in interesse gebied
Bekijk alleen tv gids, geen interesse voor roddelbladen en ned computer magazines zijn er niet. Voor alleen tv gids vind ik het te duur. Je zou dus op basis van aantal of bepaalde magazines prijs moeten kunnen bepalen en niet voor allerlei bladen (buitenlands) die je toch niet leest.

Ik vind de zoekfunctie niet optimaal. Voorheen (jaren terug inmiddels) kon je in een magazine zoeken naar een trefwoord. Dat kan nu niet meer.
Ook vind ik dat het wel erg veel duurder is geworden. Ik startte op een tientje per maand, nu is dat 1,5 keer zoveel geworden.
En het neemt al gauw veel geheugen in op je tablet.

As for the price, we have hade the same price many years since Readly started, but lately we have had to raise the price. This is from having added thousands of new titles to our plattform, adding podcasts, improving the app and to account for the higher costs of providing the app to our users. ruim aanbod van tijdschriften voor iedere niche
Hele ruim aanbod van tijdschriften en handige e-mail updates als er nieuwe edities zijn. Handig om op iPad te lezen gezien het format. Voor op reis zijn edities te downloaden maar doe het op tijd gezien de download lang kan duren . Mis Nederlandse kranten en de Duitse Spiegel maar voor de rest super blij met het geziens abonnement

Goede App
Het is toch wel handig zo al die week en maandbladen op een plek.
Ik heb nu de aanbieding genomen en of ik verder lid blijf dat weet ik nog niet het is toch weer bijna € 10,00 p/mnd op zich als je de bladen koopt die ik lees dan ben ik meer kwijt,maar ik koop niet zoveel week of maandbladen.

Helaas niet geschikt voor telefoon
Ze geven inderdaad toegang tot heel veel magazines en weekbladen. Helaas is dit misschien iets om te lezen op een tablet, maar zeker niet geschikt voor een telefoon. Waardeloos om zo te lezen,.dus helaas voor mij niet meer,

Ik vind Readly nog steeds een geweldig concept. Ik lees het al vanaf de start. Wel was ik verbaasd dat er ineens 14,99 werd afgeschreven deze maand. Was oorspronkelijk 9,99 daarna 11,99.

We have sent information about the price increase to your registered email address in advance - we are sorry if you have missed this information.
Since Readly was launched in 2013, no price increase had been made until 2022 when we decided to adjust the subscription fee in alignment with current comparable price levels. Both in order to maintain and improve our service and keep adding new content to our catalogue. This has been done in two steps, and you have been informed prior to both increases.
During the last year we added over 750 new titles to our platform, and we now offer over 7,000 magazines in our catalogue. We hope that you will enjoy the added value of Readly and our serivce and we wish you happy reading!
