Made an order on the 22nd May 2025. No news on any updates. They seem to be having serious problems dealing with the orders. Stay away.

Great at resolving errors
We had expected to wait for longer for the items we ordered as others advised there was a long lead time, however the order was processed quickly & we were able to collect the day after being told it was ready.
Unfortunately one of the personalised items was incorrect when we collected but the assistant resolved that straight away.
Once we got the items home, we noticed a flaw with another item. I contacted via email & received a prompt reply asking me to return the item to the store for it to be sorted.
We went in the next day, & the item was fixed while we waited.
The staff we dealt with were all professional & able to answer our queries with ease. They were also very polite & engaged with my son well.

Hi Simon,
We are glad you are happy with the quality of the kit. As per our current agreement with WsM AFC, all academy orders are run on a pre-order basis.
That being said, we have made plans with the club that will allow us to stock academy items from the beginning of next season.
