Made an order on the 22nd May 2025. No news on any updates. They seem to be having serious problems dealing with the orders. Stay away.

Hi Glenn,
Thank you for your review, both shops opening hours are available to view on their respective websites, aswell as on google. The teamwear shop shuts earlier than schoolwear to allow staff to travel to WsM AFC to run the club shop.
Our standard 3-4 week turnaround time is also displayed on our website, the reason behind this is we do not hold stock of Seagulls items as per our agreement with the club and items are then printed in house once they arrive with us.

Thank you for your review. In the item description there is text that reads
'This is not a stocked item, please allow 3-4 weeks from the point of order for order delivery. Please refer to the size guide when ordering your items.'
This is directly below the size guide for the product, your order was placed on 11th November and completed on 30th November which beats our 3-4 week turnaround time.

These items chosen by WsM AFC are discounted from Uhlsports usual RRP. I can also see that your order was completed inside the usual 3-4 week turnaround time that is agreed with the club.

Thank you for your review, we use secured and sealed postage bags for orders and use Royal Mail as our delivery partner. Unfortunately, once the order leaves us we have no control over what happens to the parcel and had we been contacted we could have raised this concern with Royal Mail.

It took more than a month to arrive and one of my letters has a cut mark on.
Email from you to change size which agreed too but took awhile for you to confirm you had changed sizes.

If you were to email us with your issue on your initials we can arrange to get your item collected, corrected and sent back out to you. We're also sorry for the delay in confirming your size swap, I can see from our system that this was processed as soon as you confirmed on August 29th.
