I ordered my watch June 26. I have reached out to customer service for a refund as I still haven’t received my watch. They refuse to give me my money back and just keep telling me it’s on back order and be patient. They took my money and still haven’t sent the watch and just keep sending the same email. BUYER BEWARE! This is a scam company out of Montreal!!!

Since receiving my new watch a week ago, I have experienced and enjoyed every function it has to offer! From receiving phone calls & receiving /sending text messages, tracking my steps, workouts, including my health! This watch has been amazing! I didn’t even have to pay $800 and I’m getting the exact same functions as those other brands! I work on my feet and in full duty gear and it has not failed me since! The battery is still at 80%! I highly recommend you buy this bad boy called The Apex!! You will get your money’s worth guaranteed!

I wish I could leave zero stars… I have been waiting on a watch for about 6 weeks now and was sent a strap for my “inconvenience” 3 weeks ago… where is my watch or where is my money?!?!

I have not received my watch yet. So there for I don’t have a positive review.

I ordered the Njord Apex bundle on July 10th and was supposed to receive it in 3 to 5 business days. I have tried to reach out several times to receive updates and nothing. Don’t buy from these asshats. They will take your money and give you nothing. I wish I had done more research before buying from them.

I ordered an Apex bundle on July 10th that was supposed to be delivered in 3 to 5 days. My credit card was promptly billed, but no watch or refund. Absolutely zero customer support. Now it is September 17th, still nothing. Going to contact my credit card company and see if they can get my money back.

Horrible customer support..ordered a watch never came .. and I never got anyone on the phone or to respond to emails. Nice looking watch though.

I'd rate this shit hole company with zero stars if it was an option. They took my money and have yet to respond to any inquiry as to where my order is or when it will be shipped. F#ck Njord Gear, what an absolute disappointment. Buy a watch from anywhere but them if you actually want to get what you pay for.

Horrible Customer Service. Received watch, very heavy, not overly pleased with functionality. Tried to return. Have sent 3 emails, 2 Facebook messages, and zero replies from customer service. Now past the return window! Stay away

Have not received my order yet and have sent multiple emails to that effect and have not had one reply. “Tony” and Njord are one big SCAM.

Ordered in June, it is now August 6th and still have not received order. Continue to ask for update and never receive any info on when to expect.

Decent watch, but customer support has been an awful, dragged out experience of "have you tried turning it off and on again?" I usually got a response to my email about once a month. I feel like they haven't read any of the emails and trying to get a warranty replacement has been like fulling teeth, still haven't gotten one. I had to click so many different links and email so many different people to even get a proper response. Buyer beware.

I ordered a watch from this company on June 22nd, 2025. After weeks of waiting and being told by customer service that it would be shipped soon, and it was taking so long due to ‘high demand’, I still have yet to receive the watch, and customer service refuses to respond to me regarding any sort of shipping information or refund. DONT NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Had this watch for just over a year so no warranty, first time taking into water and stopped working, (water logged) it's been great up until now, tried getting in touch 4 email's no reply terrible after service, keep away, and if you buy one they're not waterproof.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! THEY POST FAKE TRUST PILOT REVIEWS! I ordered weeks before Father's Day and they never mailed the item. When you contact customer service, they do not reply.

I bought this watch for my husband and he absolutely loves it! I was surprised when he showed me some of the features it was super cool. Only real downside is he broke the pin for the wristband and it’s been less than a week of owning it. Although replacing the wristband is not a big deal. Overall I would definitely recommend this product! It has survived every activity me and my husband got into including swimming and his construction job.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! We ordered my husbands watch about 2 weeks ago and they had no problem taking our money right away!!! We have sent over 9 emails to “support” with no response!!!!! Whatsoever!!!! Tried calling and get an automated message where we can leave a voicemail…. Yeah right!!! Check status online and for the last 2 weeks “its in fulfillment” the whole “ships in 3-5 days” is crap!!!!! Will be disputing this charge with our cc company

I still have not received my watch or the accessories. I have only received the red silicone extra band. I paid $134.00 for everything, but still have not received the smartwatch. Thanks, Robert Davis.
