So still no return authorization after requesting one 3 months ago. 2 weeks after I received it. 30 day money back guarantee. Now Dannie sends me a message saying there policy is only unused unopened products can be return and for me to send them a picture of it in this condition! What a joke!! Sure enough I went to there return page and now they have changed the return policy to say this. This has been changed recently so they dont have to honor a return, if you open it and look at it. How in the heck do they think you can see if your satisfied with it, if you can't open it. This company is a joke!!

I bought one watch. after I bought the watch they offer you some extra gear (charging cables and things) at a discounted rate but when you pay for it, its a whole nother watch to the tune of 184.00. there's no phone number, their customer service is anything but. I go to track my 3 to 5 day gauranteed delivery on day 4 and its not even shipped yet. so, they falsely advertise, take your money, there's no way to get it back, and when you do track the package on day 4 they haven't even shipped it yet.i was told to email for the refund of my over purchase, which I did, and got no response. they've got 2.9 out of 5 stars. dont buy here. run far away unless you've got money to burn. oh, they dont bother to respond to their dissatisfied customers. I see a class action in their future.

There's no way in hell I'd order another watch from this company. I still haven't gotten my expedited shipping cost back. It took them 3 weeks to get a watch that they said I can get in 5 days if I pay you extra

J'aime la solidité, la durée de la batterie, le design et le côté facile d'utilisation.
Les moins, les sangles de sécurité ne sont pas assez solide, ma montre est toujours au sol, elle tombe a cause de la vibration, d'un léger fortement sur les sangles et parfois même d'un simple contact des sangles sur une surface métallique. De plus, lors de l'utilisation des sangles de sécurité en travaillant avec des matières ferreuse, la poussière colle au sangles et est très dur a retirer. Aussi, lors de l'utilisation d'une appareil audio Bluetooth, la montre se déconnecte et ne veut pas toujours se reconnecter. J'aurais aimé pouvoir me servir de la montre comme une télécommande lors de l'utilisation de ces appareils.

The shipping time was supposed to be 3-5 days but came in 3 weeks.more importantly setting it up with your phone is an absolute nightmare. No instructions come with the watch. I have a fully updated iPhone 14 Pro and the watch does not receive any kind of messages or phone calls. This watch sounds great but it garbage DO NOT BUY!!

I wish I could give zero or even negative stars. Perhaps the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. The delivery was late and they didn't include everything. The watch is absolute junk and didn't work from the beginning. When I tried contacting someone for a return the only reply I got was a couple of canned responses. Then they offered me 20% back and we're going to let me keep the junk watch. I told them that I wasn't interested in that and I never heard from them again. I finally had to go to my bank and have the charge reversed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Scammers.. they got your money then you sit with a cheap chinese product so crap that even the chinese do not want to say it is made in china.

Never got a watch and no tracking number . no email communication . They just took my money .

Obviously it’s easy to provide an indestructible watch if it never gets delivered. This company has no idea how hard it is for a 68 yo poor farmer to decide to spend $135 for what’s supposed to be working man’s watch.

They sell this as “the indestructible watch”, which is why I bought it. I had it less than 6 months and it’s already dead. It started glitching out and features stopped working. Now it’s completely dead and now I’m searching for a legitimate watch. I’ve attempted to contact the company in every way possible and followed up but no response to anything. They spend a ton on marketing and then deliver a cheap product. Stay away and buy somewhere else.

I received this watch from my wife as a Christmas gift in 2024 !! The only reason I give it a one star is because of the battery !!! This is the only good thing about the watch !!!
The watch never did work from the beginning at Christmas !!!
Here we are in the middle of June now and still dealing with the company and no answers !!!
We have asked for a replacement watch or a refund and they have refused both !!!
If you work hard for your money and are struggling to make it, like everyone else does, DON’T BUY ANY OF THEIR WATCHES !!! If you do, you will be sorry, as I am 1!!

Watch software is terrible. The battery life is OK but not as advertised. Watch settings seem to change on their own. The company doesn't communicate very well and the watch band is junk.

This watch is not accurate at all, if you're using it for calorie tracking, be warned. IT COUNTS YOU MOVING YOUR ARM AS A STEP, EVEN IF YOU'RE SITTING TURNING PAGES IN A BOOK. It showed that I walked 3 miles yesterday, I didn't even come close, I never left the house. The return policy is a joke, 30 day money back no hassle, yeah, right, only if it's unused, how the hell am I supposed to test the watch if I CANT USE IT. I'm stuck with this POS

I would leave a zero star if I could due to the Terrible customer service.
I was told my order was shipped and delivered, which it never was. They sent bogus shipping information on the original order. I emailed them over several weeks and was told that I would receive shipping formation soon,
which I never did receive. I disputed the charge on my credit card because they wouldn’t respond. I was granted a refund, but then Njord Gear sent two addition shipping notifications after that from two different shipping companies. Then they finally replied by email to my request for a refund by telling me that a refund couldn’t be given because of the CC charge back. I honestly believe they are a scam and don’t have product to ship. Don’t waste your time and money.

Marketed as the indestructible smartwatch it looks suspicious when you open the box. It's light and plastic, Very big There is a note inside saying it's tough and has a steel body inside. I doubt it

There is no branding on the watch.

It's difficult to question, however, I then saw the exact same watch on Temu for £20, a fraction of the cost from Njord gear. I'm pretty sure it's not indestructible as advertised, which is the unique selling point. It's a con.

I have written to them saying what I've found. I've been ignored.

It's a fitness watch, not a swart watch on the level of say, apple or Samsung. It's very limited in capabilities.

It can do heart rate.

This watch takes ages to arrive. I know why now, it's a cheap arch coming from china. Nothing wrong with that in itself but Temu doesn't advertise as indestructible.

So, now you know why it takes so long for delivery. You order from Njord gear and they order the £20 watch from China.

Extremely poor customer service... There is no way to get a replacement watch on warranty after the first month of ordering it.
If you want it to last a long time, don't let the battery get below 50-70 percent before recharging. Otherwise it shortens the battery life... I accidentally let it fully due once, it then wouldn't hold a charge for more than 2 days.
that leads to another bad part, the charger doesn't line up perfectly to charge and it could be magnetized on but not charging. Even if you watch the screen to make sure, but set it down, it could move a micro nanometer and stop charging.it happened several times, was able to catch it many of those times.

The watch is not responding fast
When I wanted to get a refund and send the watch back, the company made it so hard to do so that it is impossible to get a refund.
At first they asked if I wanted a small refund, I refuse because I wanted a full refund.
They said to send it back but the adress they gave me is a false adress. The package I sended came back 2 times and I had to pay to get it back!! And they keep saying that they cannot refund because they don't have the package.
All the communications are hard with this company, they just want your money and thats it.

I ordered mine from Amazon and was very disappointed when I open the parcel. Inside was a Njord box but no watch inside. Damn feel like a fool to trust, so who is the culprits?

I had to email customer support to get my watch to ship (3 weeks after ordering). When I finally received it, I found that there was no Android application for it, despite the marketing material. The QR codes in the manual both led to Apple Store links. I couldn't find any support online, but purportedly, you can install some questionable, generic watch software for Android. I couldn't get it to connect to the watch. Generic Chinese hardware with AI generated marketing and reviews. Scam. Made me feel like an idiot.

Ordered watch and paid for expedited delivery by 10 Mar 25. Never received shipment or tracking number. No response to over 10 emails. Only sent watch after i asked my credit card to reverse the charge. Received watch 3 months late. Spamware software does not allow texts, randomly starts playing music apps on my phone, and spasms you with ads - won't even let me access the owners manual without ads. Recommend choosing another product from a reputable compost. Njord is like a poo stick without the stick. Don't put this poo on your arm. Nobody needs Njord poo on their arm.
