Your order was placed on Friday, 1 May 2026 at 5:43 PM, which was after our stated next working day dispatch cut-off time of 12:00 PM (Monday to Friday). As outlined in our delivery policy and terms & conditions, orders placed after the cut-off are processed on the next working day.
Additionally, Monday, 4 May 2026 was a UK Bank Holiday, during which we do not operate or dispatch orders, as clearly stated on our website.
Your order was therefore dispatched on Tuesday, 5 May 2026 — the next available working day — and was successfully delivered by DPD on Wednesday, 6 May 2026 at 16:00, received by “TYLER.” We also have photographic proof of delivery from the courier.
