I honestly like nisa local when I buy stuff with cash and I don't have maybe 10 of 20p they let me have it and they didn't told me to come back and pay the workers are kind and helpful

Nisa Hitchin

Nisa Hitchin, Herts Overcharge for items EVERY time I went there. They apologise and correct it but only if you notice. Multipack items they charge as separate too. Complete thieves do not trust any of their stores.

Don’t bother with their stores or head office

Don’t bother with their stores or head office. Head office ring off and are so rude. They don’t care and pass the buck. None of their stores are owned by them and if you’ve got a complaint then your stuffed.
It’s left me no choice but to put it in the hands of the local council and trading standards as the complaint is a very serious matter!!

Nisa Seamons Road Altrincham

I went to collect a parcel from yodel. The sales assistant looked for my parcel and said it wasn’t there. When I had confirmation it was. I reported to yodel who investigated it. It was there and I went back the next day. A male sales assistant looked and found it. The female assistant was rude and unhelpful and caused me stress phoning and reporting and travelling there twice. When she could have looked that little bit longer for my parcel. I shall never use this store for click and collect or use this store in general. It was only the that particular member of staff that has put me off going back into that store !!!!

Absolutely rude staff

Over charging

This morning I ordered from nisa on parr Lane and bought 2x 1.5 ltr bottle of coke which came to £5.20 but when bottle come both said £1.95 on the label but also bought 500ml of Fanta and was charged £2.25 but when came said they was £1.09. Contact Deliveroo and said theres is nothing they can do. Will not be ordering if they are gunna be overcharging for stuff

Falkirk shop on High Station road.

Falkirk shop on High Station road.
Manager seems ok, but local male and female staff are rude, obnoxious and have no customer skills. Recently went to collect Hermes pakage, but due to other circumstance some code was missing. The woman's attitude whilst explaing things was appalling. The fault was caused elsewhere, but she just dived in and gave me a gobful of her venom.
NEVER AGAIN !

Unprofessional shop customer service

Dear all . I was in the shop on Saturday at 2pm to posted my parcel by Hermes . Shop salesman refused to accept my parcel and said that not accepted parcels till Monday morning due to no collection by Hermes driver . On the website information regarding parcels collection said clearly 7days a week . Additional to it Customer service was unprofessional and ignored me when I requested contact nr to shop manager the respond was manager is off today . Definitely avoid this shop with address below . Nisa local Banbury

First of all they charge higher then the price of a product , for example I went to buy an iced coffee which was 1.50 and got charged 2 pounds and then the lady proceeded to say that they only accept card payments when it’s above 3 pounds , when I’ve been served before with card payment with something below , she was very rude about it and told me to put the product back in almost a mocking tone . After this experience I will definitely not be shopping herr

Nisa on jenkin Rd is crap if you from Scotland and you have Scottish pound notes sorry laddy you will not be able to buy anything your money is not good enough thay will not take it seriously and they is a different reason depending what person serve you I mean not serve you because its a Scottish note discussing. I am affended.

Worst shop in the world.

Our local coop recently changed into a Nisa and I've just had my first visit there and walked out without spending a penny. Poor choice, low quality and unbelievable extortionate prices. I've no idea how they survive as a business. Needless to say, I won't be going back. If they were the only shop in a 10 mile radius, I would walk 10 miles, even in rain, sleet and snow.

Chanterlands Avenue, Hull - relocate your baby supplies

Might I suggest that the Nisa store on Chanterlands Avenue, Hull, reposition their stock of nappies and wet wipes so that parents with buggies can actually access them without having to grovel by the side of the tills and being addressed: "err excuse me, what are you doing?" by the loud shop assistant, who mistakenly thought I was shop-lifting? Not good enough, Nisa.

Rubbish

Well my first visit to the nisa store on the willenhall road wolverhampton and I can say it will be my last, never felt so uncomfortable in my life felt like a criminal I was followed round the shop by the assistant who was pretending to be on his phone I had to say in the end im not going to pinch anything plus it didn't have what I wanted matter of fact they didn't have any yoghurt at all and way way to expensive I wouldnt even give them a star rating ,you need to get better staff there the men who were on today make you feel uneasy never felt so un nervy in my life

Poor service Nisa at 2 Bell Lane Blackwater

My local Nisa at 2 Bell Lane Blackwater does little to encourage customers. Opening advertised time of 7am, never open before 8:15 often later. Now refusing to accept Daily Mail vouchers. Does not seem friendly to customers. Used the store frequently before it became Nisa last year, Will not go there again.

Scammers

My partner joined the nisalocally Facebook page and took part in the release the kraken competition through messenger they said he had won but he had to follow a link which he did but he had to hand over his bank details and tell them when he had finished he didn't give his bank details but told them he had finished then they seem to have cut all communications with his messenger and unfriended him why would you do all that unless it's a scam

Constant Incorrect Prices

Constant Incorrect Prices, and thus Receipts Not Ever Given.

My local store has at least one item mis-priced per weekly visit, usually it's a promo item with a large or prominent POS display too!

Receipts are never, ever, never given freely. You actually have to beg the staff to print one off and hand it over to you. Last week the Manager served me, when I asked for the receipt she huffed and puffed a bit, then threw in the bag: the actual c'card transaction receipt. This was not the itemised one as requested, only realised when got back to the car.

Have complained to Trading Standards on numerous occasions on prices not matching to displayed items (often the prices aren't shown on the shevles also). Even emailed the head office at this carry on, who said they're all 'independent stores' and so on (dismissive).

Don't at all blame the lower paid staff (often part-time students and so on), it's a Manager's sole decision to carry on the policy of very poor pricing admin (both bar code system and missing on shelve displays), and also the policy not to ever hand over receipts, unless pressured to do so.

This avoidance of recepits was present well before covid came on the scene, so that is not an excuse.
