Very unprofessional company,totally callous in their attitude towards customer. Whenever I would enquire about my kurta set they would falsely say it is behind shipped today and today never came.when I told them that I would give negative review they said they don't care.no company is infallible.God forbid if they continue like this what will happen to their company.
I will never ever buy from them and advise others to refrain from buying from them.

They are a group of people just scamming and conning people . Their page is fake and all the positive reviews seen here are probably fake and paid . Anybody thinking of purchasing from them please do yourselves a favour and save yourselves the mental agony and DO NOT PURCHASE from them . This is My 3rd review here because I am still awaiting my order . Placed it on December 2023 and later had to place a second order because they failed to deliver and forcefully gave a store credit . So the second time I ordered was April 2024. Mutilple WhatsApp messages unanswered . They have sent me fake screenshots of order being dispatched . It’s September now and I have not yet received the order . They don’t pick up the phone . And if they do they lie and abruptly hang up .
Just a bunch of people scamming us and wasting our hard earned money. They have changed my perspective of online shopping .absolutely pathetic !

I love the kurta I ordered from Nirbani. The fabric is really nice and it fits me well. What I like the most is that they have left some margin for alteration as well. The team was very prompt with their response regarding my queries. Will surely order again.

Loved my suit , it was exactly the same colour fabric n hand worked as shown in picture , guys highly recommend, it’s so beautiful! Just as shown in the image , completely satisfied ! ❤️looking forward to shop more n more !

Can’t give a ‘0’ rating and was forced to give a 1 star. Pathetic service and no communication. It’s been more than 1 month I placed an order (6th July) and the only communication I got on 10th August is that my order is complete????? How and why is it complete without even delivering the product??? My order number is #66315. No tracking link or even a communication that the order is dispatched. They are such liars that they told me my order is being dispatched a week ago and should reach before 9th August….but where is my order??? We are at 10th now. To be frank they never shared any tracking link…these are fraudsters and I’m going to take action if my order is not delivered as per my booking made. Time to close shop dears !!! There are some people who can bring down everything and time will tell u why I said this, if my order isn’t delivered in 1-2 days.

I have ordered a suit worth 6000+rs a month back ,It was written that they would deliver within 7-10 days ..It’s been a month now and now when I check they have made it 30-50 days..I have to wear it for a wedding ..they said they have despatched it and I would be getting the tracking details within 48 hrs ..no sign of any tracking details!!Now I have asked them to refund as I am planning to buy something else ..having sleepless nights because of them..v unprofessional !!Wish I had seen this earlier!!🥹😡Spoke to them just now and they have not despatched it ..the other day she told me that tracking details will pop up!Wish they were true to themselves!!How long can they carry on in this way!!very sad and pathetic attitude!!
Well let me continue with the story…The parcel was sent to me on time ..that is on the 9 th of august before I left but the suit left me in a state of shock!
The material was pathetic fake silk and the dupatta was anything but organza ..the embroidery was done by a local unskilled worker ..was so bad that I didn’t want to see it again..the suit was called Heather suit worth 6300 rs..all my money went down the drain and I left without it!Now I am asking them to initiate a pick …but they say they don’t pick up from my add and they will not give me the address too!They say it was written on the packet which I threw!now I am stuck with the ugly suit !!With a big lesson learnt!!Please do Not buy from them!🙏

Absolutely horrible shopping experience. I placed an order in March, and after several lapsed deadlines, they finally delivered in July. The communication with the team during this period almost made me want to let go of the money I paid because of how rude and inefficient they were. I paid 6K plus for a dress which in the end looked like a cheap copy of the one in pics, was hardly worth 2k.
And of course there are no refunds, except in store credit. Like I’d ever want to put myself through that process again.

Have made more than 10 calls to the customer care to either deliver the product or make a refund but they just don't bother to revert.

My money is stuck!!

Worst customer service. I’ve ordered a suit set on Dec 2022 still they have not shipped it

The company is fraudulent, and their customer service team is consistently unhelpful, unprofessional, and rude. Each time I inquire about my product, they provide inconsistent timelines. They have no shame lying and behave as if they are doing some sort of favor on us.

Never buy from Nirbani, I ordered suits worth 21K in 2023 April for Eid and now sitting in May 2024 and no delivery. They are fraud. We need to collectively complain against the site. They are actually digital stealers and should be jailed. I don't know why u/google has not pulled this site down till now.

I bought 2 suits from nirvani and got one more as complementary mother’s day gift.. i must say quality of the suits are so good and so fine.. looking forward to shop more♥️♥️

Never order from this site they are scammers, been more than one month waiting for my product that I payed in advance, no response from the customer service team, they are very rude when asked about the status and hangs up the call

Worst place to order

This company will never ever improve ...! I have always purchased online with LOOM, AZA, MUL and many many others ...i have never had such a traumatic experience ! NIRBANI is so unprofessional and indifferent to their customers. Neither do i understand why they havent any refund policy !? No brand with integrity ever does this !

I placed my order for a turquoise suit on Feb 8th 2024 paying 7149/. Thank god i didnt order anything more as i intended to order a total of 3 outfits !!!!

Everytime i called i got assurances from the concerned person that my order would be delivered the following week but when the week comes - NO ORDER RECVD !!!

Then finally i was informed that my order had some issue and that the artisan did a bad job !! And so i was asked to change my order and replace it with something else, which i did on 6th april with the promise that this one would reach me by the following week. But guess what ...i recvd only promises (as usual). Infact they go so far as to mention that the courier details will be sent on whatsapp ( they asked for my whatsapp number on 19th april i sent them my number immediately that day infact my whatsapp was sent earlier too on 16th march..but who cares !!! They for sure dont! They have my money!)

So for anyone ordering from Nirbani plz plz avoid - its truly not worthwhile.

I like the fabric and also the embroidery.. value for money..

Product and quality is good

I filed a complaint here about Nirbhani not despatching my order for which I had made a prepayment of RS.4347/-. The order was placed on Feb 5th, 2024.I had a call from Nirbhani asking me to remove the review, assuring that they will despatch the items latest by 24th April. I have neither received the items ordered nor any mail confirming or updating the status.Nirbhani assured me the that quality of the items will be maintained( as promised on their website). On the basis of their assurance that they will send my consignment, I withdrew my earlier review, but have still not received my order.

Nirbani store has offered a variety of trendy styles at affordable prices . The clothing fit is extremely well and the quality of the fabric is great that I will order their products in the future . I also appreciate the promptness in their responses to their customers!
