AN EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE ATTITUDE OF TJORI TEAM FOR ITS CUSTOMERS.
THEY ARE A BUNCH OF FRAUDS OPERATING IN THE NAME OF E-COMMERCE WHERE THEY DON'T HAVE CASH ON DELIVERY AND ONCE THE PAYMENT IS MADE FOR THE PRODUCT, IT IS TAKING FOREVER FOR THE DELIVERY. OH YES, AND WHEN YOU CONFRONT THEM ABOUT THE DELAY, THEY CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND FORGET ABOUT THE REFUND AMOUNT!!
NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR!

Tjori is the worst online shopping company you can think of. They do not send your shipment, they are unresponsive over chat. No phone number to clarify your query. And they don't refund your money. It's a complete fraud website. Do not purchase any product from them.

Feeling very disappointed.. firstly they partially cancelled my order after that they delayed the order by 15 odd days.. when I received the product, it was all stained and untrue to the sizes.. in 8-9 years dress I got 4-5 years size pant.. no contact number is there.. don’t buy from them guys

They have a non existent customer service. Their products do not run true to size and you cannot exchange or return anything on your own. After trying to contact them numerous times via, the website and they social media the product got picked up for return, but it didn't show in their system. So basically I paid money and didn't get anything for it except alot of back and forth over chat.

Never got my order delivered, not they refunded my money.

Tjori is a fraud company, no customer service no contact details and i placed an order as a gift for my mother and its been more than 15 days no track of my order.

When I remember the first time I made a purchase from Tjori, it was not that great as there were some logistic problems but I must say that today I see a very much different brand which is 10x better. It has improved in delivery timings, customer support and in every aspect.

This type of quality is  rare to find in online websites…

Horrible site......They do not have price stability and sell their products for nonsense prices.while refunding they give store credit rather then to your account and do not mention that previously.
Please do not use this site.

I have placed order two months back and they have a standard reply that we have put it on priority. If u ask for refund they give store credit. Why would you like to get stuck again with them. The experience with this site has been horrible and unprecedented

You will have your most horrible shopping experience with them, they are filling their safes with your hard earned money- hence the name Tjori. Don't go by the fake reviews done by them to enhance their reviews...everything is wrong with them!! Go check their Google rating before they spam it with fake reviews.
I finally got a call from them after this review where the said they were shipping my product soon(finally after 2 months). I straightaway rejected their proposal because I wanted this review to stay for other people to be cautious. The product I had ordered was not true to size but I did not return it to not hear from them again for another 2-3 months. I thought I might gift it to somebody.
So, now let's come to the product, It was okayish, you can get better options at cheaper prices.
