Damaged parcel
The box arrived broken in three places and two of the things inside were broken or damaged. Never hapoened before and I have been using parcelsNI for past 7 years. Very dissapointing

We are disappointed with your immediate review as you have not contacted us about this to allow our dedicated customer service to look into this for you. As you noted, we have been happy to assist you with many parcels over many years but your first review is a one star review.
It is very rare for any shipment to be damaged as long as they are well packaged and protected for transit inside a courier network. We have reported this to our team who will reach out to you shortly to request further details of any reported damage.
