I am a first time user of this product

I am a first time user of this product, following recent and unplanned major abdominal surgery. I was searching the web looking for an abdominal support, when I came across your website. It answered all my needs. And in reality, the product matched exactly what was stated on the website. Thank you for the transparency of your website, and for your 100% accuracy of account of the particular product. Very much appreciated, as it will greatly assist in my recovery over the coming few months post operative.

Shakey start but excellent in the end .

After a very shaky start with ninelife , recieving 1kb instead of 5lb of sea salt and having no replies from them for a few weeks I finally was contacted by Julia from their customer complaint side . I have to say my interaction with her was amazing and she sorted all of my problems , even reimbursing 2 unexpected custom charges in both the 1lb and 5lb items .I would have no hesitation in dealing with ninelife in the future ,, thanks alot Julia .
