It’s a SCAM people.

Again, SCAM company. Don’t get sucked into them, they came back to answer my original review over a month later. They go through the same rhetoric, “we are so sorry, how can we help” etc, etc. That is their MO publicly they will display an ethic that they want to help but you will get nothing back from them. I spent c£300 on an item that arrived late and faulty and the offered my £47 to help get it fixed, and yep nothing. Read the other reviews, less the positive ones as I suspect they are possibly bogus IMO.

The company is excellent.

The company is excellent, from the time I purchased some items. The company kept in touch with me with everything that was happening until I could track my order. They're sending me good informations by email and other items which are very good especially as it's the first time I've bought from them. I've tried some of the food and it's very nice so I can say it's a very nice place to buy long term food for emergency. They're doing great food às I tried some.
The company is great. I'm going to buy more from them. So much to choose from.

SCAM company beware’ Do NOT buy!

Do NOT buy!! This Company is a SCAM!!!! You will be wasting your money.. quality is awful and you cannot return items as they are based in India but will delay giving a bogus US address that you cannot return to within their 14day stipulation. This is a scam company!! I received a bad quality item and tried to return to their registered address in the US which I sent by recorded delivery.. it was refused because the company does not exist!! Multiple emails give the impression they are happy to refund but there are lots of delaying tactics and finally no refund forth coming. Do not be fooled, this is a sophisticated scam. They even generate their own ‘good’ (bogus) reviews on their own website which does not allow independent reviews. There are even self generated good reviews on here!!! Beware and read the other reviews on here that say the same as me! Wish I had read these before buying!!! SCAM!!!

Great headband for ice skating

I recently purchased a Storelli protective headband to give me more confidence while starting ice skating lessons, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The headband fits comfortably and gives me peace of mind knowing my head is protected while I’m learning. It’s lightweight but feels sturdy, and I can tell it’s made with high-quality materials.

The ordering process was smooth, I purchased it online, and it was shipped from America to my location in just 10 days, which was faster than expected. The service was excellent, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

Highly recommend this headband to anyone looking for extra protection on the ice!

Absolute SCAM please read comments theme of wrong items or no delivery. No refund . Unprofessional, untrustworthy scammers

Having previously made a negative review due to this company sending out incorrect items then refusing to refund . I received an email to advise they were sending out the correct item and would I change my review . I declined to change until the correct items were received . Today I checked the tracking and a continued theme other customers have experienced is items showing to be delivered to incorrect addresses.

I now have this issue . No items received and the items has been delivered to another country Mr Patel in NJ.( Another address another country another name)

This is NOT an accident but a reoccurring theme of this company please read other reviews with the same issues. DO NOT USE !!

They either send the wrong items or send to the wrong address. Like they have a false tracking programme for customers to misleadingly follow.

They do not refund but keep you hanging in by advising they will get back to you and never so. Offer you a 14% refund for un useable items or show false tracking to incorrect addresses. This is not an isolated incident . Do not be scammed! Choose another authentic company . SCAM SCAM SCAM

The adds for the string I bought was…

The adds for the string I bought was totally misleading it shows a reel of string and in small print it says set
In Australia you can buy a reel of string for $129 I paid $92.60 for 1 set of string no wonder I feel ripped off however they have offered me $14 refund

Scam web site DO NOT USE

Scam web site DO NOT USE. After reading reviews the same issue is happening to me .

I purchased an item and the wrong item was sent. They are NOT UK based. They have advised I can use the item sent so a 15% refund would be offered. I have no use for what they have sent and they just keep offering the same thing with the same questions .

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. Item was posted to a different country and delivered to someone in Jamaica not myself in UK. Multiple times I said it's not going the right direction as looking at the tracking but I was told it's ok. After it being delivered to someone on the other side of the world. I was told don't worry it's been posted again which I asked for a refund. A refund was offered as a full refund or value plus percentage of next purchase. I asked for full refund but they keep asking the same question but never giving the refund. Tomorrow I'll be going to the bank to claim

Arrived in good condition.

Arrived in good condition no damage wrapped and packaged well. It was packaged well haven’t got out of the box yet as it’s a gift I got in touch with the company as I couldn’t track the order they got straight back to me without hesitation so I was very impressed with the service. Highly recommend.

NineFit saved my tush.

NineFit, had a "TushCush" which is a wee pad to go on the Australian Kimberly stock saddle, l could not find one, until NineFit came up on Google with a "TushCush". My boney arse has been saved!
Good price, great to order and pay, kept in -the-loop all the way through and arrived before Chrimbo. Fabulous. I felt safe and secure buying through NineFit.

Customer service agents are great but…

Customer service agents are great but getting a resolution to a missing or wrong item takes far too long

Update Wednesday 25th December 2024: Ninefit replied on here but did not send an email to me

Update Thursday 26th December: Email received promising an investigation and a response in 24-48 hours

Update Tuesday 31st December: No response or update from Ninefit - amount owed to me now equates to £146.04 so downgrading this review from a 3* to a 2*
