I ordered a golf training aid which came from the USA so no problem to wait a while. Nearly 6 weeks later I still wait. I have left messages and no one has called me. My emails go unanswered. Surely not a way to deal with customers

Item arrived swiftly. No problems at all.

I was absolutely over joyed when I got my wedding dress it fits perfect the picture does it no justice the delivery was very informative and It couldn't of gone better I'm very pleased with the whole service thank you so much

Wanted to buy some Finis swim paddles. Went to Ninefit.UK and found them at £69.00 and then extra £20 shipping, £89.00 in all. Further enquires revealed they are not UK based despite the misleading web address. Then I noted the considerable number of unhappy customers posting negative reviews. I also found the paddles for between £19 and £23 on a half dozen other UK sites. They are clearly looking to deceive customers with their web address, two plus weeks delivery time, and ripping people off with such ridiculous prices. Another huge red flag is their complete failure to respond to any customer posts on here - AVOID

6th May - as expected no response to my feedback after 2 months. Instead they are trying to get my review removed via Trustpilot. They only seem to reply to positive reviews which does them no favours by ignoring those with a negative experience.

Ps Got my fins for only £20 from UK Supplier on free next day delivery, a fifth of This suppliers delivered price.

So nine whole months later you finally respond to my review of your company and your response clearly shows you have not even bothered to read what I wrote before responding. Very disappointing.

I ordered an item and wanted to return it. I sent them multiple emails and they kept saying that they will send me a return label because of their lack of response. I never got the return label and i am stuck with a jacket i cant use.

Ordered a product that didn't get shipped for a week. So I contacted Ninefit to ask for more information. They told me they had to cancel my order and would reimburse me within 3-5 days. This was two weeks ago.

The company is becoming harder and harder to reach. No one picks up the phone (they purposefully also put a wrong areacode in their phone number to confuse customers.) The chat option on their website suddenly disappeared. No one is responding to my emails.

I really wished I'd checked this website before ordering from them. Please note that several (if not all) of the positive reviews are always placed on the same day, which is hella fishy.

Scam company. Do NOT order from Ninefit, you'll lose your money.

I literally ordered a breast pump bra and had to wait. They put down incorrect address so I couldn't track it. So basically spent £72 plus shipping for nothing. Don't use them waste of time and money!

Believe the other reviewers and ABSOLUTELY DON'T order from this company - Just been through 5 weeks of the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Huge lead time to ship, HUGE wait to follow shipping - multiple Tracking issues - package eventually returned to company after a month. Repeatedly lied to by customer support - finally told product not in stock anymore - tough. An absolute JOKE.

I know about skate hardware, what things should cost. Everything is overpriced. not by a little.

Please if you need skateboard hardware, don't buy it here, go to a local store with actual skaters employed. They will help you without ripping you off.

like 47 euro for a pack of bolts wich should be between 5-8 euro is really insane, Wheels for 90 euro and so on.

Despite the promises in the reply below from Ninefit 18 months after my appalling experience with them, I have not received their promised Email...
No, I will not be giving them another chance, I suggest you don't either
