It was a great experience. There was a problem with the shipping where the package did not arrive. Nilight could not have been more understanding and they did everything to make sure we were reimbursed. All I can say is thank you for being a great company.

Great overall experience. Installed the 3-light switch (Nilight 90017C 3 Gang Aluminum Panel Toggle Dash 5 Pin On/Off Pre-Wired Rocker Switch Holder for Automotive Car Marine Boat) on my golf cart to control the soundbar and two LED light strips. The switches are very well made and the wiring relatively simple. They look great (I got blue) with the cart! I did have a question, and Nilight customer service (Ava) provided such detailed instructions and was great. Nice job Ava (via chat support) for helping me today with wiring my Nilight 90017C switch panel to my Pyle sound brand speakers!

He was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. Everything worked out. Perfect I recommend site to anyone that has any questions. They are very helpful.

Its just plug and play. Costumer service is great. Insted of chatting to a bot, your actually chatting with a real person that knows what he's doing.

Helped a customer that had a damaged control box on their 3 inch fat whips. Emailed customer service and got a responses in 24 hours and they got the part shipped out once I provided the necessary information for them. Also it was a real person and not a chat bot that assisted me.

I have been using Nilight products for about 4 years now.
They have a great selection of add o parts for my 2011 JKU. I have installed all new headlights and fog lights plus, bumper light bar and A pillar pod lights.
Yes, I had an issue with 1 fog lamp as it seems to have a smear on the inside of the lens.
I reached out to customer service, E-Mailed Sunny and the issue was solved IMEDIATLY

UPDATE- tech did contact me and sent an extension, good follow through ! Ordered lights for golf cart but cord isn’t long enough for all the lights - couldn’t match up an extension with chat but tech is supposed to email me in 24 hours so may up the rating if they can help me

Awful experience. I bought worry free purchase to help with returns if there was an issue. Boy did I come up with issues and the worry free return has been a huge headache. Forget the fact I paid $38 dollars to return something that I should not have had to pay for, once I did they never sent me back my return of money. I had to reach out a month later and go through the whole process with them again. Stay away from this company.

The gentleman I talked with was very knowledgeable and patient. I asked a lot of basic questions and he did a wonderful job working with me. He suggested I follow up with him when I finish my wiring and he would be happy to check it over for me.

Wish I would have researched these people before I ordered. Half my order not received and contact number is no good. Shady ass outfit and will never deal with them again! Calling Consumer Protection Agency and BBB!

I have a lot of Nilight products, and after years of frequent off road use they’re all still working. Recently I’ve purchased more lights and I’ve noticed the selection and quality has improved compared to 5 or so years ago. Nilight has remained a great value option, which is why I keep choosing them. I don’t want to mortgage a light bar, and their stuff works great. It doesn’t seem like they experiment with radical new products but instead focus on a solid line up of dependable products that get the job done. Personally, I kinda like that. I only have great things to say about their customer service too, very quick to help, very helpful and friendly.

At the beginning I was getting frustrated because I've call the phone number and I got no answer but after talking with the technician support it was fine ,they help me to get the stuff that I need it, now just waiting to get my order at home

The text chat I just had was great. Thoughtful and knowledgeable and wicked fast. Seemed like AI speed, but also seemed real.

i ordered a sway bar kit from this company. sent a email to this company . they said they would respond to me in 48 hours. its been that was 5 days ago. i recived the sway bar but no kit.

Ordered an eighteen strip system, operated erratically, Nilight sent me an entire new system which works perfectly, they also take the time to research answers to my technical questions. I have a lot of experience with these systems and can confidently tell you these led strips are of very high quality. I give Nilight my highest recommendation.
