Excellent service
Being very new to all this, I have found this company to be very professional, with excellent customer service with advice when needed and a sense of humour which always goes down well with me. Their delivery is very prompt and contents of the order spot on so they listen to what's being asked of them.

details ,every 4 weeks i phone up for what i want the
personnel are so polite ,they dont rush you ,at the end of your order they always ask have you got every thing you want its so nice to speak to people like the staff, you get a tex as soon as you finish, the delivery company,keeps you informed . top company

Your delivery was planned for the 28th but you were unable to do so but you advised me about the delay. Your courier delivered my parcel on the 29th. He is a credit to your team - he was well presented, he explained why the delay in a friendly manner.

Nightingale itself is a great company
Nightingale itself is a great company , it’s the delivery company they use who have been my problem , my first delivery was delivered over half a mile away , and I didn’t recognise the delivery photo , the second delivery was also delivered over half to the wrong address , luck enough when I complained the driver went and collected my delivery from where he had dropped it and bought it back to me . It was a local courier as well
