My homepod was cracking constantly. Sent it to Nic and it has been working 100% for the last 6 months. Excellent service and communication

This was one of the better online experiences I have had: busted Homepod, searched how to fix and Nic's videos came on, sent speaker to him and watched while he fix in real time. Very cool. The speaker returned a few days later and works flawlessly. Nic was professional and made the entire process easy. Excellent communication the entire time, I would definately recommend. I hope he is able to grow his channel.

Nic did a fantastic job repairing my HomePod. It had turned into a paperweight. Though Nic provides great videos on how to repair it myself, I didn't want to bother with it. I've not soldered such small components before and didn't want to take a chance to that I'd screw it up. Fantastic communication!

I was TOTALLY impressed with Nic’s proficiency, attention to detail, and communication as I watched him repair my unit on YouTube. One of my HomePods got fried during a blackout courtesy of Hurricane Ian, and when I thought I had to buy another used one, I came across Nic's website.

The only option that I could choose for fix my broken HomePod

Had a broken homepod that wouldn't power it on -- found out about Nic's Fix through social media. Sent it off. He repaired it the same day he received it, streamed the entire repair on youtube, and shipped it back the next day in perfect condition.

The service was so good I felt bad only paying $60 + shipping, so sent him a few extra bucks.

Incredible experience, can't recommend him enough. Thank you again!

I have a GMK nuc box, it was dead . He repaired and no time sent it back to me.

Nic did an amazing job fixing my HomePod. I was crushed that my favorite speaker would no longer power up and was about to sell it for parts on eBay when I came across Nic’s YouTube channel. I watched as he fixed several HomePods with the same issue as mine and decided it worth giving Nic a chance to fix mine. I sent it in and Nic sent me a link to watch the livestream repair of my HomePod. I watched Nic do his thing and at the end, it was fixed! He sent it back, I powered it on and it works perfectly! 10/10!!!

Nic fixed my daughters large HomePod. It had a fried subwoofer and 4 bad chips. He even replaced the power chip as a preventive measure which I greatly appreciated! We also really enjoyed watching the HomePod be fixed via a livestream.

This was hands down the best experience I have ever had fixing anything in my life - I was devastated after another of my HomePods bricked and this time apple refused to help for anything under $315 more than I paid for the speaker in the first place. That’s when Nic stepped in - not only was his fee completely reasonable - his attitude was positive helpful and down right Awsome - he offered helpful advice of packing posting labels and tracking saving me yet more $$$ and fixed the damn thing before my very eyes live on YouTube - this man ladies and gents is gosh darn superhero - my HomePod is back by my side bass booming Siri speaking fully functioning and cleaner than when I sent it 😉 do not hesitate- nic will fix it - bless this man!!!!
