So glad to have found this service. My HomePod sat unloved for years, but I could not discard it. Then I found Nic’s Fix. Awesome communication, reasonable prices, fast shipping. I could not ask for more.

My homepod broke several years ago. Almost deep sixed it several times, before I heard about Nic’s Fix. Turnaround was just under a week and my HomePod is now fully functional again. The whole process was simple and straightforward. I highly recommend you give Nic a look before you toss that HomePod.

Could not have had a better experience. His description of problem was exactly what my HomePod demonstrated. He fixed same evening he received, and was on its way back the very next day. He even live streamed repair while I was asleep ( he’s on opposite coast ).

Nic apologized to me profusely and I understand that he is busy.

I am going to proceed with having him repair the HomePod given his sincerity and candor and how apologetic and honest he was.

Did not reply to my emails after the initial quite reasonable offer to repair my bricked HomePod. Poor communication, I am glad I didn’t just blindly send it to him since emails have gone days without a response.

Most disappointing, I was hopeful that my HomePod would be resurrected but as the saying goes, if it seems too good to be true, it often is.

Not saying he doesn’t do great work or not because I never got that far. He simply did not respond to my emails which made me very leery to just ship off my device to him.

Great work, professional service. Nic's repair fixed my HomePod perfectly. I am a hardware EE and I greatly appreciated the extensive knowledge of homepods Nic possesses. The component & circuit level analysis Nic provides on his site is quite impressive and better than what I've seen some in actual hardware design reviews.

Super thankful I came across Nic's Fix! I had a HomePod that died out of warranty. I was ready to throw it out or sell for parts, but came across Nic's shop. $60 later, I have a working HomePod again! Nic is super communicative, very speedy, and fixes everything on a live stream so that you can watch the magic happen. Would highly recommend to anyone in this situation!

What can I say? My HomePod was wasn't working. I sent it to Nic and it came back fully functional for under $90, including shipping both ways. Turn-around was fast, and being able to see it repaired live was a bonus. I recommend without reservation sending him your pod rather than tossing it.

I had a HomePod that stopped working one day. I looked up how to fix it and failed. I then found Nics online and that he specializes in these repairs.

I learned that the likely reason it failed is because it wasn’t plugged into a UPS for consistent power. Brown outs kill electronics quickly.
I contacted him and was pleased with the response time and he answered all my questions.
I decided to send the device to him and expected to see it again in a month or so.. (I live in Florida and he is in Washington)
I was pleased to find out that He let me know when he received it and sent it back home two days later, repaired.
Of course I was skeptical given all the scams out there but he was a breath of fresh air for me.

Now I have both of the big ones and the two little ones all working again. I use the big ones for the main sound and the little ones for surround.

I 100% recommend him and will let my buddies know that this is an option into the future.

All Apple offered me after a 45 minute one way journey to visit a “Genius” was $20 off a NIB 1st Gen HomePod they must have gathering dust in a warehouse. “Sorry, we don’t do repairs here at this trillion dollar company.”

Nic, on the other hand offered me a multi-year life extension of a great product that needed $2 of parts replaced for a fantastic repair cost with turnaround time Apple could never muster.
