AVOID.....Do not buy from this company
AVOID.....Do not buy from this company. Paid for expensive set of bedroom furniture, first piece arrived damaged. And customer service is terrible. Ask for an update when I will receive another and NO REPLY. So they have my money and won't reply or update on delivery.

Furniture arrived with prior…
Furniture arrived with prior notification from courier, 2 men, absolutely excellent. Carried the furniture in the house, assembled and took packing away for us. A pleasure to have such a positive experience. Thankyou. Furniture looks lovely in place too.

Discovered a large scratch on our dining room table which looks like it’s had a repair attempt made to it, sent photos within 30days of purchase and have yet to receive a reply months later. will be instructing solicitor to resolve as we’ve paid £4k for damaged repaired stock, buyer beware.

We’re sorry to read your review and are disappointed to hear that you feel your concern has been ignored, as this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide.
According to our records, the order was delivered and signed for on 18th of December 2025. An email was sent on 24th December raising your concern; however, unfortunately this was not seen by our team at the time as it fell during the Christmas holiday period when our office was closed for a few days and a high volume of emails were received.
The next correspondence we received from you was on 6th March 2026, when you contacted us again and attached your original email from 24th December 2025. As soon as this was received, we responded the same day and immediately raised the matter with our supplier so the issue could be reviewed.
For clarity, our delivery terms ask that any damages are reported within 48 hours of delivery so that issues can be investigated promptly with the delivery team and supplier.
We would also like to note that, prior to receiving your order, you contacted us regarding the price you paid, as the purchase was made before our Black Friday promotion went live. On that occasion, we honoured the sale price and refunded the difference on your full order.
We always aim to support our customers and resolve any concerns fairly. We are currently working with our supplier to review the situation and will continue communicating with you directly to reach a suitable resolution.
Slightly longer delivery time
Slightly longer delivery time, but after I called to chase it was then dispatched and the delivery guys were great. The sideboard itself is beautiful. Many thanks

Delivery was brilliant
Overall good service!
Had no communication/update re my order but understood there was a 4 week wait. After second email for feedback they came back and chased the delivery company. Arrived a few days after! And the item ordered is stunning!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. The delivery company they subcontracted to caused damage to my property and then they refused to be accountable despite acknowledging the damage, resulting in me having to now start legal action.

them on a number of occasions with no response at all, until literally a few days before delivery was due.
