Lack of communication and delayed delivery

I am unsure what basis this rating is given on, as I have not yet received the item after 5 days. Unfortunately, I am unable to trace the delivery, and I have not received any notifications. This has been the worst purchase experience for me due to the lack of communication and delayed delivery.

Your order was placed on 18 March 2025 and was shipped on 20 March 2025 via the courier guy on waybill NIC6998 - The status of order with the courier is currently on Delivery Assigned - Delivery has been delayed due to yesterday 21 March 2025 being a public holiday. Rest Assured, your order has been processed and will be delivered to you on Monday 24 March 2025.

It is regrettable that you have rated us a 1 Star on your review, however to be fair, do note that we have received comms from you twice on the 21 February 2025 and 25 February 2025 respectively to which we have responded accordingly.

Unfortunately it appears that you did receive our comms or that this may have been moved to your junk mail folder.

Rest assured, we are aware of your issue and will remedy as soon as we are able to restock. Our Supplier, Bosch South Africa is currently out of stock of the model that you have purchased as this is extremely popular with the South African Market.

I recently purchased a Bosch cordless kettle online. The kettle is malfunctioning. Sometimes it does not switch on, or the light goes on for a few seconds and switches off. Please advise as to how I can get it replaced.
