Impressive customer service
I was impressed that GigaITSolutions contacted me personally when my bank delayed authorisation. When authorisation eventually came through, the product arrived promptly and was well packaged. Their prices are also very competitive. Great experience.

I am so satisfied with the help that I received.
I first inquired about the product that I wanted to purchase via WhatsApp, and the response was speedy. And because there was only 1 of it left, the owner was able to reserve it for me.
I made the purchase a few hours after and I received confirmation that my order was placed and being sent to the courier.
I received my order the next morning.
I have never received such efficient help and top tier customer service.
Keep up the good work and I will definitely be returning to make another purchase. I will be spreading the word as well and telling other people about you.

First time using this company to buy a new Hisense Tv. Ordered on a Thursday and got it on the next monday , very happy with my purchase . Also Tv was cheaper then other companies and still in stock.

Will pay more attention and keep a close eye on the items to avoid it being Out of Stock.
