DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Total scam!!!
I read fake reviews on facebook and stupidly believed them. I wouldn’t even give them one star but can’t get keyboard to write my review till a star is clicked on! Got my bras. Nothing like as advertised!!!! Cheap rubbish !!!!! The measurements are all wrong and not even substantial enough to support any chest past a size AA although it is supposed to be sized for an F. Also supposed to be a 34 but more like a 38 +. The company won’t accept returns but offer £3 compensation when I spent £40. Just like other reviews. I wished I had checked out these reviews first. This company is being run by criminals.

Items never arrived. Shipping update said my parcel was delivered to the USA. I live in the UK. No response from customer service.

My review tells you nothing new compared to the previous reviews on this company.
I have had the exact same experience.
I was conned just like all the other buyers.
My best advice is to avoid this company and well done if you read these reviews first before making a purchase. I wish I had!

Please heed the reviews-don’t buy from this company. The bra is way too big on the band and way too small on the cups-very disappointing. Total waste of money. I emailed them regarding this and they responded almost immediately. I sent back the information they asked for to be met with complete silence.

A week ago, I ordered a Bra after seeing what I thought were genuine reviews on the facebook page Nice-littlethings. I only clicked on the advert to see what the bra was about, then clicked to receive a discount. Which was sent via email.
The VIP discount code for 20% off made the order £15.38 (which included £4.99 postage).
On checking my bank account, they have charged me £19.23 and have not sent any updates about my order.
I have sent an email, they have now refunded £3.85 by a credit to my debit card. So I updated the review score to reflect this.
I await the arrival of my bra. If it doesn’t arrive within 14 days (as informed by the bank). I will be able to report and request a refund from my bank.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. The first time I don’t check out Trustpilot before purchasing and I’ve had the worst customer service. The items don’t fit correctly and aren’t good quality. Initially told can’t do any returns and just give them to someone else! Then told it will cost me $50 to ship the items back to China and they’re offering a token £6 refund. Absolutely appalling.

The exact same experience as everyone else. Advertised as specific bra sizes but arrive as generic S, M, L and extremely poor quality. Refused to refund and offered £3 “compensation”. I wish I’d checked Trustpilot before I bought from them. Scam company.

PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Items are not as described. They won't refund as return shipping is too expensive. So offer silly amount as good will £2 or £4. Wish I had checked reviews sooner

I bought a bra from this company, the quality and finish on the product was extremely poor and ill-fitting. After contacting their customer services for a return address, I was told they could send me £2 as compensation and just keep the item! Insulting to say the least.
Consumer rights dictate you have 14 days to change your mind for any reason when buying online, and are entitled to a full refund. Long story short, I had to apply for a charge-back on PayPal to get my money back.
PLEASE - AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Everybody has said all the important things about this company.
So, I am just going to add that I logged this transaction with my bank. When doing so I realised that the payment was set up as a reoccurring payment, so I think they may have tried to take more money.
I also went onto the Gov page to log the website as a scam.

Not even worth 1 star. Do not trust this brand. Their website says they will cancel orders if the item hasnt shipped but it is a lie. They will email you saying please keep it until the order has shipped and then they won't cancel it.
Shoddy, fake, terrible.

Absolutely a scam. Do not order from them. Why would offeting £5 instead of a refund of £45 be of any use? The bras are not sized and of poor quality. Exhausting trying to return. How are companies like this allowed to trade! DO NOT ORDER!!!!!

Disgraceful, ordered 2 items, £32. want to return them, they said NO returns and offered me £5, have sent numerous emails, do not use these, absolutely vile company, totally corrupt !!

I have also been scammed, as I paid for items and they never arrived. Sent them over 5 emails and they just say I have received the items. So annoyed.

Dreadful company. They take no notice of their returns policy on the website. Bras did not fit and certainly had no support. Useless. When I asked for a return they wanted a photo of the bras!! Offered £4 then up to £8. DO NOT USE

I've been scammed as the bra I ordered has absolutely no resemblance to the one advertised on face book.

I’d give no stars if I could.
Ordered a bra that they advertise on both Facebook and instagram. They offer various back and cup sizes so I ordered a 36 DD/E cup. They sent a Large. No back size or cup size and they say it’s what I ordered. It won’t go anywhere near my boobs.
After many e mails, they responded with an offer of £2 and told me to give it to a friend!!!

This is a totally bogus website and online trader. Reports to be a couple in the USA from Texas selling Home crafts. Check the homepage, they can’t even agree on how to spell their names! The item I purchased was clearly a fake/counterfeit. I contacted their support after they overcharged me at checkout. They refunded the overcharged amount. I then asked to cancel the order as I had lost faith in them. They insisted on sending the order despite me cancelling it within minutes of making it. When it arrived a week later from a warehouse in the UK I discovered it was a fake OEAK bra from a manufacturer called: BodCurvenComfort
The bra certainly offered no support and was made of a low quality material designed to look like an OEAK bra. They even use the OEAK bra advertisement video in their marketing, leading me to believe that I was buying an original OEAK bra. They will not accept a return however they did give me an overseas address in China to return the item at my own expense, which would cost more than the value of the item. I have a whole thread of email correspondence from them full of lies. The item was clearly sent from a UK warehouse as per the shipping label, two days after I made the purchase. It was not sent from China yet that is where they have asked me to return it. I’m claiming a full refund back through my bank and reporting them to Trading standards. They have three or four Facebook pages which I’ve also reported.
