Defective Nibav Lift and Connectivity is ZERO
We installed a Nibav Lift Series IV - G+2 , which was installed after lot of followups and calling, in 29 Jan 2026. The Engineer installed the lift after 17-20 days after main difficulty bcoz some dimensions issues.
After that within 2 weeks , the lift started malfunctions i.e. starting with a jerk, air pressure dropping sometimes, travelling slowly while going up n fast when coming down, lock arrangement not working properly and many more..
We tried to connect to handing over engg about this issue - he blinded denied , saying that incase defective lift , then have handover was taken ? Tried explaining to him that issue started 2 weeks , which we did not anticipate.. .. after that online complaint was registered and other engineer came after 15/20 days and said that the installation was not done properly and the air leakage is there due to rubber bidding and fixtures not installed properly .
After great difficult we got the rubber bidding n other spares from Chennai factory FOC , but now last 4/5 days the engg is asking for additonal money to get the work done .. even thou the lift has not been used for more than one months after so called handing over .
Major problem is connectivity over concern person on phone , email replies dont come for 5/6 days, Engineer and sales person keep on changing , no senior management is indulge in complaint solving ...
