I was initially hesitant about installing a home lift, but choosing NIBAV turned out to be a great decision. The team explained everything in detail, and their experience really shows. The design blends beautifully with my home interiors, and the performance has been flawless so far. Highly satisfied with both the product and service.

Installation was quick and hassle-free. The lift works perfectly and looks very premium.

We installed a Nibav Lift Series IV - G+2 , which was installed after lot of followups and calling, in 29 Jan 2026. The Engineer installed the lift after 17-20 days after main difficulty bcoz some dimensions issues.

After that within 2 weeks , the lift started malfunctions i.e. starting with a jerk, air pressure dropping sometimes, travelling slowly while going up n fast when coming down, lock arrangement not working properly and many more..

We tried to connect to handing over engg about this issue - he blinded denied , saying that incase defective lift , then have handover was taken ? Tried explaining to him that issue started 2 weeks , which we did not anticipate.. .. after that online complaint was registered and other engineer came after 15/20 days and said that the installation was not done properly and the air leakage is there due to rubber bidding and fixtures not installed properly .

After great difficult we got the rubber bidding n other spares from Chennai factory FOC , but now last 4/5 days the engg is asking for additonal money to get the work done .. even thou the lift has not been used for more than one months after so called handing over .

Major problem is connectivity over concern person on phone , email replies dont come for 5/6 days, Engineer and sales person keep on changing , no senior management is indulge in complaint solving ...

Post sales service was good initially. Now it is pathetic. My lift is down since Dec. 4, 2025 for more than 3.5 months and no one is least bothered.
Now they stopped AMCs for all customers. We have to pay per visit.
Very Very BAD SERVICE.

The lift seems to be great , but after sales service needs to be improved . Our Lift call button has come out ....and they have fixed it temporarily by using Cello tape ....since the part was not immediately available . However we are having to follow up ....the issue was first informed to them in November 2025 ....and now it is February 2026 ..... and we are still following up

The company, the lift, the after sales service, AMC, everything is terrible about Nibav. This lift has been installed for past 13 months but it has probably worked in all 13 days. They take the part and don't show up for months on end. After much follow up they come but again the lift does'nt work....8 days ago 2 persons got stuck at midnight in this lift and after booking a service request and despite 2 follow ups no one has attended to it till now. They are the worst company in the market right now. Its better you don't install any lift rather than install this Nibav. They don't know the meaning of customer service, they have no business to be in this industry! Worst product...regret buying it.

During inspection, several damaged components were acknowledged. Unfortunately, even the replacement parts arrived in damaged condition. This repetitive issue reflects systemic problems in logistics and quality assurance. Customers should not be forced to repeatedly raise the same concern for such basic expectations.

Extremely unprofessional service and zero accountability
I purchased a lift from the Nibhav team, which was delivered in October 2025. After delivery, I was made to wait nearly one month just to begin installation, with no clear communication or ownership from their side.
Even after installation was completed, the lift has not been functioning properly. I raised a customer complaint immediately, but there has been absolutely no response for over 25 days. Calls go unanswered, no one takes responsibility, and no one updates the customer.

I genuinely do not know whom to escalate to, as no one responds or takes ownership. The lack of professionalism, follow-up, and customer care is shocking.
I would strongly advise prospective customers to think twice before committing, as post-delivery support is extremely poor.

They made me to pay 100% before delivering the lift and started playing. I'm taking a legal route now .

Unprofessional and Unreliable Company
My experience with Nibav Elevator has been nothing short of a nightmare. It took them 5-6 months to deliver the elevator—an absolutely unacceptable delay. Even worse, after all that time, they delivered the wrong color, despite charging extra for the exact color I had selected. What makes it even more frustrating is that they never bothered to rectify their mistake.
The problems didn’t end there. Installation and proper operation took more than two additional months, and throughout the entire process I had to deal with endless follow-ups, countless messages, and a tremendous amount of stress. The level of unprofessionalism I encountered from this company is unbelievable.
I genuinely regret choosing Nibav. Their service is unreliable, their communication is poor, and the quality of their overall performance is far below acceptable standards. I strongly advise anyone considering them to think twice.

I am 13 months into having my Nibav Lift installed. It is still not up and running and they want most of the money upfront. Their correspondence is non existant and full of lies. They leave the job mid stream to go to another job and you are left with a lift that does not operate. I have seen many staff come and go within this time. Says alot about them. I would not recommend them to anyone you are only asking for trouble. If you want peace of mind go elsewhere. Will save alot of heartache. I am in Queensland.

Nibav could not deliver what their salesperson described. I had Nibav lifts come out to my premises in Runaway Bay to quote on a lift installation. The salesperson said they do not drill the holes through the ceiling and I would need to provide my own builder for this service. No problem I accepted their quote and paid a $7000.00 deposit. When the builder inspected the ceiling to quote he pointed out I do not have a wood ceiling as the salesperson described but in fact I have a concrete slab. I have had 2 concrete core drilling companies perform site visits and both have said they would not drill through the concrete slab as it is too close to the stairwell and would affect the integrity of the building structure. Requested a refund of my deposit due to the fact that the holes for the lift cannot proceed. Salesperson's phone not answering and emails bouncing. Now going legal. Would not recommend Nibav Lifts.

My father Nabajyoti Bordoloi paid full amount for lift in June but it is not delivered in Guwahati till today hopeless company

I thought the lift was 5 months from contract but then one clause says 5 months from builders core measurement in the fine print it is 5 months from after the readiness payment so we are now into 10 months and still no lift is here and most of the money has been paid.

Do not buy this lift , service is very poor and they charged too much money 💰 while service , I regret to install nibhav lift , while company representative came to book lift , that time told not to worry for 7 years and all covered in warranty but after one year suddenly they told you have to pay 30000 rupees for annual maintenance charge and 17000 for Inspection, total loss of my lift money , I strongly urged do not buy this lift , go for another good elevator

🚨 SCAM ALERT – NIBAV HOME LIFT 🚨

I am extremely disappointed with Nibav Home Lifts due to their unacceptable delay and breach of contract. I booked a home lift 123 days ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, they have failed to provide a confirmed dispatch and installation date.

To make matters worse, my EMI payments have already started, even though they promised payments would begin only after installation. This is a clear case of fraud and breach of trust.

Despite several emails and calls, there has been no proper response from Nibav. This is my final warning—if they fail to resolve my issue immediately, I will:

⚠️ Lodge a police complaint for fraud
⚠️ Pursue legal action for financial losses
⚠️ Expose their scam across all consumer grievance platforms
