Extremally good customer service. Rob is awesome!

I know this was a long process. That was expected when making a preorder. Next Gen always kept me informed. I will be a repeat customer for sure!!

Shipped immediately upon shipment arrival (pre-order), communication was perfect with any questions I had and answered almost immediately.
My Vertex Pads were ordered 2 days apart and managed to come same day as wheel.....too cool guys!!
Very attentive and caring team.
Can't really say a bad thing about the experience at all.

Nextgenmobilty is great I purchased my aero&apex through them I’m completely new to this and have had so many questions about it and electric unicycles in general the customer support is top notch they have a plethora of knowledge and the response time that is so fast no matter the time day or night consistent 30min- 1 hour response time. Show to me that they truly value there customers

Pre-ordered a wheel from next gen mobility. It was easy and they were very communicative. Happy with the results. No complaints. Great price great service.

Price was the main draw, but their customer service was excellent as well. They answered my questions pre purchase(s).

Next gen mobility service is top notch. They are very communicative and will update you every time there is a update with whatever you order. I've order from other companies but I don't think I've had as wonderful of an experience than I did with next gen

I was originally wary of this sight whwn i first started looking for my first euc, but with the quick customer service responses to my inital questions about shipping times and tariffs were answered promptly I new they would be great. I purchased my euc at the end of April and received it mid June, and throughout its entire journey i was given updates at every point and when i asked for information about its arrival time or what was happening in the process i received quick responses.
I would gladly recommend that anyone buy from these wonderful people.

Everything was good. Satisfied with product but the suspension bolts seem to not be tight and the whole thing was moving on me. Have been receiving constant updates on how to fix and have good overall communication with the customer. It did take a long time for the Euc to come in but I don't believe that is the companies fault
