0 stars, discussing company and Facebook have a lot to answer to as it was advertised on there. I will never be so quick to order from Facebook again and warn you all. I ordered at the start of Dec 2022 a electronic games table two of them. They tried in jan 23 to deliver but I wasn't home.. But when you look at the tracking it was to northern Ireland not even my country. Then after that I had the same tracking number and two more that never went anywhere. I asked for all tracking numbers dates they left them and to what address and come up to a wall everytime. Excused like, we don't refund so will send it again, it must have been the wrong address, wrong sticker attached, new people in the warehouse and delivery that got it wrong and messed up. Please wait a few more days, please wait for the tracking to be updated. This has now been a year and just to wind them up I've emailed two email addresses every other day since Dec 22 same old stuff. This email now comes back as not found. service at newzeala.com but I have another one that still works. service at deems.top

Paid for airfryer December 2022 not received yet despite several emails .

If there is an option to give a 0000+ star I will give it to this company as they are a TOTAL SCAM! I ordered a set of pots and pans on Dec. 22, 2022, but never received it. This people should go to jail.

Order some pots 8 months ago. never arrived no tracking number just lies and more lies in emails response.

COMPLETE SCAM!. I ordered a dining table and It never arrived. I tried contacting but got the same message as others - I must have given wrong address. I was given a recept and a tracking number but this was no use at all. Lost my money

This is a scam site. I ordered watches in December 2022 and till date i have not received and i have sent 100 emails and out of which I got 1 reply stating we will send again and asking for address but no luck.. please don't fall in to this site as a victim its my experience.

This is s complete scam!!!
Been told its on its way and to wait a couple more days so many times!
We were also told at one point that it had been delivered, when i eventually got the tracking information it was in another part of the country and they said we must have given them the incorrect address, which we never did.
This was advertised on Facebook, we took it in good faith.
We have asked for a refund... the response wait a few more days!!! 179 days and counting!

I ordered cases on 21st January still not received them. Like others I have asked for a refund but they just ask me to wait a few more days. Will be seeking legal advice and reporting to companies house.

I ordered a air fryer on 30-11-22 for£39.99 i waited until end of january still not arrived so they replied it had been shipped then sent me a tracking app called track 17 so i went on the tracking app it shows shipped from china then delivered to inverness d,o the only inverness i know is in scotland im in west York's its suppose to be getting delivered by royal mail so i have once again emailed them about this &demanded a full refund i dont know if its too long to get my bank to intervene since it was over 6 months ago i have the transaction & a receipt any one else had similar problem

Same as the other people who have left reviews I bought electronic game table in December 22 and have had several excuses to give them more time but have neither received goods or a refund

ordered an electronic table. its clearly a fraud. stay away, purchased since december 2022 and did not arrive yet. Promises and similar experience to other reviews here, still they are sending emails with same wording, we apologise / some more patience.
they should be banned from all platforms and facebook has a clear responsibility to stop this fraud.

I do not write this company they rip you off I bought products Wayback in November 2022 and still waiting they keep replying it’s been sent or we will hurry your order up it is a scam of a company be very careful I give them 1000% minus rating

Scum company. Should be ashamed of themselves. Took my money for an item back in December the 8th 2022, send loads of emails questioning about my merchandise and all I got back was fake promises that it will arrive, or it was send to the wrong address IRELAND which I clearly submitted my correct address. They then made me submit it an additional three times. Nothing has arrived which to myself is a scum company. They just take people's money. If it had 0000 stars I would of rated them that.

I ordered a Deep Fat Fryer on January 3rd and obtained a receipt since then after several emails I have received nothing. I see from the reviews several people have had the same experience. How can Facebook let them get away with these SCAMS?

I paid for two items on December, the Company was advertised in Facebook. After so many emails where they were telling me that my products were in the way and never arrived. I am asking for my money refund and not answer back at the moment. Scam? I hope I receive my money back.
