First time I used New Nordic site
First time I used New Nordic site. The ordering process was very straightforward and I was kept up to date with the delivery timeline. My product arrived in very good condition. It’s too early for me to comment on the product itself. I’m giving 5 stars for the service.

Good product
Easy to order, Delivery wasn’t the best, was left in a safe place without my request, with nothing saying it was there, didn’t know until days later, when messaged the company.

Risposta di New Nordic UK
Hi Tracey, Sorry about this. Unfortunately, we don't control the delivery. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. If a safe place was requested previously for other orders they may use the same place. They should however, leave a card stating where they left your parcel. We do hope you found our customer service helpful on this occasion and resolved the issue quickly for you.
Risposta di New Nordic UK
Hi Carin, I can see that your parcel was delivered on the 4th May. Please let us know if you have any further issues. New Nordic UK
