3 weeks since my photo shoot and have to say very disappointed - not because I’m an ugly old mug who wasn’t picked, but because I wasn’t shown my photos and my emails and calls to the company have gone unanswered. Apart from a salesman who wanted me to do it all again. Makes you think of it as a scam tbh. I would like a decent photo of me, something that I could have had good memories about, alas not this time.

The whole team was fabulous to work with made the process a breeze. Hair and make up was on point and the photographer was amazing . Made me feel very comfortable . Paulo the consultant who was my initial first point of contact was a star he guided me through the whole process and gave me extra info like where I could park etc. If it wasn’t for him I don’t think I would have bothered to go . He was super helpful , friendly and communicative every step of the way even after the whole process was done he followed up making sure i was happy with the service and gave me all the feedback from the wonderful team there . 100% service .
