Very knowledgeable man, arrived on time and equipped and he knew exactly what to do with my tech issues, he took my old Mac away to sell for me and I haven’t heard from him since, I’ve tried contacting him and he’s obviously avoiding me doesn’t reply to my messages.
Several HiFi dealers said it would be difficult to connect my AirPods to my TV. An email and phone call to New Forest Technology Services had it sorted, installed and working.
Great guy. Certainly knows his stuff

Customer service was very good from initial phone call to job completion. Very fairly priced. We were very impressed and will definitely use this company again.
No job is too small. We needed help with our TV
recording and Internet. As we both have very limited
technology Enrico came to our rescue and fixed our problems. Professional and Personal service we would definately use his company again.

Enrico was excellent, he diagnosed an intermittent problem with our TV signal and fixed it. He was very prompt, polite and friendly with a great technical knowledge. I will happily use his services again and to recommend his services.

We moved house recently and needed all our TVs installed including streaming services, video recorders and remotes. Enrico did an excellent job arriving on time and getting everything up and running with minimum fuss and a very helpful attitude. Very happy to recommend him.

I gave a 5 star review after installation. Since 26th March the system has not been working. I have tried on several occasion’s to contact the company and Enrico. They told me only Enrico can deal with the issue but he was off. I’ve waited but nothing. He’s back at work and ignoring me. I have an expensive system that is not working. I was promised after care and not got it. I have spoken to solicitors and it was now with them. The company also hold all of the passwords to my CCTV system - again part of the aftercare, so getting help is at best difficult
Enrico provided a great service, taking time to understand what I needed and then installing quickly and professionally. Would recommend and would use again.
