Vin at Riverside was a fantastic communicator and the order and delivery of our speaker was straightforward from start to finish. He answered every question we had quickly and has gone out of his way to be helpful and come up with solutions - I highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Based partly on a colleague's reference, I paid upfront for a high-end system to play my accumulated videos, CDs and records. A YEAR later, equipment has been supplied but not fully working. The owner of the business I am told has a heart problem, and I was patient to see if the installation could be completed by him, or passed on to someone else with knowledge. Contact was difficult as the shop is fronted by the owner's son - and in 20-30 visits, I could not progress matters and I consulted Citizens' Advice. I have since learnt of another similar problem someone else is having, and cannot recommend the business. I have no reply to my letter of complaint and am now working with another company to resolve matters.

PS This morning the other company came to help and decipher the situation. The CD store playlist was headed 'Showroom', and included albums that were not mine. Hence I was not buying a new product, but charged the new price from internet research.

I recently purchased a mirror ring light, and a lamp, and I absolutely love them! The quality is 10!!, the delivery was quick, and the service was fantastic. The team was very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

Having used Riverside for 20 years of HiFi my recent vinyl purchases have kept up the same level of service I have grown used to. A good well priced selection in shop but many more on demand. I ordered 3 albums from Music on Vinyl delivered inside a week Excellent!

Extremely helpful and friendly. I initialled called about some ceiling speakers that I wanted to buy for our bathroom and they was really helpful in finding me the right ones they went through it all of the phone and called me back when they said they would.

One of the guys hand delivered my speakers and drove all the way to us to deliver them so we didn’t have to pay any delivery fee I am super impressed with their excellent service from start to finish, I highly recommend them as a company!!

Purchased loewe tv it's amazing..The speaker is a fantastic sound. Picture is stunning.Very pleased Delivered on time set up immediately. Have recently purchased a voucher from the store as a gift..as so many products available.will definitely make purchases in the new year...Christine.

Purchased a Loewe Klang 3 CD player and radio as a Christmas gift. The product gives a great sound and Riverside HiFi delivered it at a great price. Very pleased with the outcome.

Always very helpful and knowledgeable, Vin stocks audiophile of a different class to other mainstream shops which is one another thing which sets them apart. I will keep going back and recommend to my friends and colleagues. They also have a very good selection of vinyl.

As part of a ‘back to brick’ restoration of an Edwardian House I wanted to future proof the technology infrastructure of the property starting with CAT 7a cabling and Control 4 for security, door entry, WIFI 6 and AV. This is a task that cannot be done by builders or sub-contractors they will do what is right for them and not your Property. Riverside HIFI are experts in this field and uniquely placed to advise on the best equipment to suit your budget. In my case Control4 was the prefect system which allows you to start strong with a basic level of automation and AV that you need and allows you to add on to this as your requirements grow. Tapping into to Paresh’s decades of experience has allowed me to integrate and truly future proof our home with concealed technology that does not change the nature of a period home and vitally his advise and expertise helped prevent significant wasted cost from installing or purchasing the ‘wrong tech’ which would have redundancy from the outset. I am very happy to endorse the great service I received from Riverside HIFI.

All around discouraging experience. I wanted to support a small local shop over larger, more established chains. This was a mistake. Complete lack of transparency and honesty with sales and pricing. Buyer beware the misleading up-selling and post sales 'drip' sales based on pretty bald-faced misinformation. After sales is an exercise in dealing with gas-lighting, and then they will just stop responding to your e-mails. Avoid the headache, shop somewhere else.
