Staff were amazing & could not do enough to make you feel at ease & as comfortable as possible right from landing in Antalya.
Excellent accommodation, efficient transfers & wonderful people.

A truly amazing experience. From the initial contact, the transfers, the hotel, the clinic, the staff, just absolutely everything (except the weather). I had a full set of crowns & the results are phenomenal 😀 I was put at ease instantly, the staff are patient, welcoming, & just all round brilliant 👏

Just returned from my 2nd trip to New ERA Smile. Had 12 implants and what an experience, from start to finish they were top class, and they constantly keep you up to date on what is happening with your treatment and fully explain everything to you. Archey and the whole team were excellent from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. I would fully 100% recommend this company to anyone. Believe me I was nervous but all those nerves were put to rest within the 1st visit.

Some of the staff in the dentist Speak great English and are very great at communicating! The smile I asked for is exactly what I got and my dentist was phenomenal! I felt very at home and comfortable and if there was any issues (I never had any) but I would definitely feel comfortable enough to express that and it would be resolved the same day.

Right from the start Tess was absolutely amazing from our video call consultation to getting everything booked in for us and talking us through the process in detail. I got my quote there and then and when it came to getting the work done it was exactly what was explained to me. The results are absolutely amazing!! I was super nervous at first with a massive needle phobia and Tess was amazing at calming my nerves and assuring me that I was in good hands. All staff are super friendly, welcoming and professional!! I even got my new crowns a day earlier than expected and couldn’t be happier with the results. I now have perfect white teeth and my underbite has been corrected. Cannot recommend these guys enough!! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I went to New Era Smile Clinic last week to do my dental implant treatment. I highly recommended this clinic. All the 3-4 dentists I met there are very professional, so as the lab technician. They work tirelessly on my dental treatment, and achieve the best solution they can have in the week. My coordinator Archey is very nice and very helpful all through my journey, the driver is very efficient and punctual everyday, I can't thank them enough. After all I feel very happy with my experience at New era Smile Clinic and highly recommend them to the dental patients all over the world. Thank you New Era Smile !!!

The entire experience from initial contact with the friendly staff through to treatment and then back home has been an extremely positive one. Archey and his fabulous ‘crew’ of assistants & drivers made sure I was taken care of (airport transfers, transfers to appointments…endless Turkish tea & even better latte’s and to shopping area!).

I stayed in a cute boutique type hotel near the sea (could pick from several which one I wanted to stay in) which was perfect. Breakfast was included (depending on your treatment, you may or may not want! 😝)

I personally had a whole set of zirconium crowns done and was really surprised how quick and efficient the treatment was to complete. They used really high tech equipment and was nice to go straight into appointments (no queues etc - taken straight from one place to the next).

The dental staff themselves are friendly and although I couldn’t understand them when they were talking between themselves in Turkish, I defo got the vibe they really enjoyed being there.
Note: Archie’s team are fluent English speakers and are ALWAYS around to translate anything more than basic English if the dental staff/you need it…not an issue at all.

The whole building has a modern feel and really clean.

If you are researching different places to get your teeth done - seriously check this clinic out. I was referred by someone from my gym who had theirs done and they looked amazing. They had already done A LOT of research before taking the plunge so I didn’t feel I needed to.

My mum came with me and is having implants & crowns. My husband is going in February to have all of his teeth done too 🥰.

From meeting the team in Glasgow to finally being in Antalya , can’t thank the dentists for my treatment and Taner enough for taking care of me there.1000% recommend.

New Era Smile was recommended to me by a friend, I have suffered for years with my teeth with infections and abscess constantly taking painkillers and antibiotics, so on recommendation I decided to go for it, so flew out to Antalia July 2024, I was picked up from the airport by a driver from the clinic, the hotel was arranged by the clinic, my appointment was arranged and I was picked up on time 09.00 no waiting around, Tessa was there to meet me and I must say I was absolutely terrified, I was soon put at ease, the clinic is absolutely amazing state of the art, spotlessly clean, X-ray was first, then straight to surgery, I had all my teeth out, sinus lift, bone graft and 6 implants inserted top and bottom, I was back at the hotel by 12.15 I was given medication which I didn’t need, in fact I was swimming in the pool at the hotel by 2.30. I had impressions taken the next day and a few days later I was back at the clinic getting my temporary teeth. I have just returned from my second visit to get my permanent teeth and I can honestly say I have not needed any painkillers for pain in my mouth since before I had the work done in July! Tessa has been an absolute Angel 😇 to myself and my husband, she has gone above and beyond to help us even when our flights were cancelled last minute in July on our return journey home she arranged for us to stay at the hotel extra nights. I didn’t go out there for cosmetic reasons, i didn’t want the brilliant white Hollywood smile I just wanted to be free from the pain that I was constantly in, New Era Smile clinic were sympathetic to my wishes, I now benefit by being out of pain with my lovely new teeth. I would highly recommend New Era Smile to anyone who has any dental issues. New Era Smile I thank you from the bottom of my heart ♥️

We were recommended to New Era Smile clinic by a fellow traveller when we last flew to Antalya. They gave us Taner’s contact details and the service we have had since we first sent him a WhatsApp has been second to none. Taner has responded promptly to all our enquiries, we’ve had Video calls with the dentist to go through our treatments and support to arrange flights and transfers to our hotel.
We actually chose to book Club Hotel Sera as we wanted an all inclusive hotel rather than the bed and breakfasts offered by the clinic. The hotel is amazing, food and service has been the ultimate complement to our trip to New Era Smile.
I saw the dentist, Dr Ramazan for my implant fixings this morning and I couldn’t believe how quick and professional it was! I had my scan and within half an hour it was all done. I just need to come back in 3 months for my new crowns to be fitted. My teenage daughter also had a scan while she was in clinic and they spotted a problem with her wisdom tooth. They removed the wisdom tooth and also cleaned her teeth. She is delighted with her lovely
smile.
Taner kept us informed of when he was going to be picking us up from the hotel
to take us to the clinic and as a bonus he also took us to the Bazaar so my daughter could buy lots of replica clothes to take home. I honestly can’t fault the service we have had and I would recommend New Era Smile to anyone. Thank you Taner and Mr Ramazan, you’re awesome.

Overall my experience with "New-Era Smile" has been absolutely phenomenal.

Firstly the service has been impecable, from the moment they picked us up from the airport right through to the final Result, it's been an amazing experience.

The level of professionalism provided by the dental- surgeons, the cameraman & our sales manager/ tour guide ARCHEY, who basically looked after us for the entire duration.
