Came out Monday 1st June to have 24 crowns and 3 root canals. Turned out I didn’t need root canals so they refunded me for that difference. The care, aftercare and taxi service every day as been out of this world. If your debating going to new era then do it. You won’t be dissapointed! Big shout out to Tess and all the team. Thank you so much I love my new smile.

Just arrived back from New Era with my wife. We both had 24 crowns, I had 2 root canals and 3 fillings also. What can I say about new era…the whole experience from start to finish was amazing. If you’re thinking about going to turkey for your teeth then I can’t recommend New Era enough! Everything was flawless and so thorough. Archey was absolutely amazing, he goes over and beyond to please and nothing is ever a bother to him. He arranged everything and was brilliant and so helpful, explained everything in detail and is just a lovely person. All the staff are so helpful and so accommodating..they just want to help. My dentist Rasih was also amazing. I had a lot of work done and he was so professional and very thorough and made sure everything was perfect and I love my new teeth. They took us all out for dinner on the Thursday night to botegga and was an amazing night…it’s the little touches like that really make a difference. If you are thinking about getting your teeth done then I would 100% recommend new era. Thanks again everyone

My experience was amazing from start to finish , all the staff made me feel so comfortable and my dentist was the best , so welcoming and well looked after especially by Iman she organised everything for me texting me all the way through the process which made me feel a lot better … I love my teeth and finally Have my smile back , I would definitely recommend new era smile. Absolutely outstanding service! Started my journey in November and finally finished today! From meeting them in Cardiff the communication has been amazing.

Taner has been by my side from start to finish even my 1000’s of WhatsApp’s when I was home.

I had a few issues and had to come back put here but nothing was ever a problem and my return visits were quicker than trying to get an appointment back home!

Amazing service from start to finish. Communication with Tess has been 10/10 - very fast response when I was in the UK and whilst in Antalya. She really made me feel at ease and answered all my questions.

The whole experience here with New Era has been faultless. They all work together like a 'Family' from receptionists, drivers, coffee bar, qualified dentists, managers right up to the Boss, so, so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The dentistry is amazing, the prices incredible, the clinic is bright, clean and relaxing. I even nodded off during my treatment one day! I truly cannot find one fault with 'New Era Smile' They are even trying to bring a branch to UK, which in itself would be terrific, fingers crossed for this. I was very sceptical but am leaving delighted.

1st phase of treatment was brilliant. The service was impeccable, nothing was too much trouble. A massive thank you to everyone I would highly recommend anyone who wishes to have a new smile , new era is the best

Emax Veneers fitted, which I am very happy with. My partner also had crowns fitted which she loves. The staff themselves were extremely friendly. The price we paid was very competitive. Overall I would recommend to anyone considering veneers or crowns.

I couldn’t recommend new era smile enough, from start to finish from booking with them, they made it so easy booking our flights and accommodation. The minute we arrive at the airport they had transfers waiting for me, they communicated so well with me and my mum. They picked me up from hotel for treatment and was always on time with the pick ups, I was nervous but they made me feel so comfortable, they offered me and my mum drinks while we waited, all the staff are so lovely and friendly. While having treatment during the procedure it was pain free and couldn’t fault them for making me feel relaxed as much as possible, they provide you with anything you need after treatment like pain killers so everything is really organised.
On my day off in the clinic they took us to shopping centres and made sure we got to see what turkey is about and I just thought that was amazing. I noticed how clean the clinic is which is so important when going to dentist, I just think they’re all round professional and really do put their clients first In everything they do, the minute you walk through their door you’re their main priority and it makes you feel so good.
Cansu is the lovely lady that looked after us before we arrived to turkey and she did amazing job, she kept me and my mum smiling and communicated with us so well, she’s a credit to new era smile. Rasif did all my treatment and he did his very best to make sure I was ok and wanted me to have the perfect smile and he did just that I can’t thank him enough as he new I wasn’t the most confident when I walked into the clinic as I wasn’t happy with my smile, new era have changed my life for the better I now can’t stop smiling and the full trip was a huge success.
Even when leaving on our last day the transfer to take us back to the airport was spot on and on time, you really can’t fault any of it.
What you see on their social media is exactly what they are like in real life and you just can’t get better than that.
I have recommend this place to so many people and I’m so grateful this was the clinic we went to, I asked for a natural smile and I got that, thank you new era you gave me a confidence I never new I would ever get and you made that happen, also the aftercare as been amazing too and covered for 5 years if I need it in the future, from the bottom of my heart thank you love hayley and Alma
