Very happy with the service .
I previously had crowns with sevil smile studio and had lots of problems . I found new era online and after speaking to Archie the coordinatior I decided to choose them to fix my issues and give me new crowns .
The clinic was imaculate and all staff was all very friendly .I was very nervous and they put me at ease . I had 20 crowns removed and replaced with 24. My dentist was a perfectionist and spent a lot of time fixing my issues and ensuring I was happy with my new teeth .
I would highly recommend this clinic .

A big thank you to new Era smile Antalya. A amazing clinic. I had all on 6 inplants top and bottom . Dr Ramazan is a brilliant dental surgeon. Archie who sorts everything out for you from start to finish also he hold my hand thru all the needles as I was terrified ...mert who done my lovely temps 4 months ago. then the Amazing Samil who was very gentle with my sore gums and done my beautiful permanent teeth. I love them . Also the lovely translator selin and dental assistant Arda Thankyou All for giving me a lovely smile back. I would 100% recommend this clinic even my husband is getting his teeth done here in a couple of months time

I have just returned fom New Era Antalya after a checkup on the full mouth of teeth that I had done 2 years ago everything was fine. I would just like to say a big thank you to all the happy smiling staff who can't do enough for you and the staff on reception. A special thank you to Shazu who interpreted and looked after me while I was at the clinic 😀

Very bad experience. Unfortunately maybe Dr Ramadan doesn’t know how that coordinating speak with customers, of he knows and doesn’t care.
I was in clinic in 2023 for implants and crowns everything was good, everything was fine for 3 months. After 3 months my top crown was cracked and must comeback for replacement. I spent again few grand for my trip😡😡. Again i was happy for 2 or 3 months until my crown was cracked again 😡. I text and sent messages, pictures with crown but coordinating from clinic try to avoid to pay for my accommodation ( even i have paper signed and stamp from clinic manager when clinic said “ we pay for accommodation “).
I ask to tell me were is my fault because for 2 times my crown was cracked in same place but still to avoid the answer and try to make everything ( even our contract said anything else 😡) to replace my crown in warranty!
Please be careful with this clinic!!!!

Had a very good experience with New Era Smile in Antalya and my new teeth and smile are first class.
The whole team were excellent from the dentists to the receptionists.

The dentist was very patient , explained everything. Had no pain, I'm just over the moon. Really happy with the result. I would recommend the clinic 100 percent.

New Era Smile has changed my smile, it’s been a life changing experience for me as i had trauma to my mouth due to a car accident, having the 6 on 6 treatment has been the best treatment for me. I can’t thank Dr Rasih and the whole team enough for the whole experience, from start to finish it’s been a smooth transition. Would highly recommend a five star experience for all.

Brilliant experience. All the team I dealt with (Tess, Cansu, sedja and samil) were excellent. They made me completely relaxed, informed and I was over the moon with the results. Can't recommend highly enough👍

The experience from start to finish was amazing really looked after us communication was good and the end result was amazing

Started with a recommendation from a friend , who had had crowns fitted. Put me in contact with Tess who looked after me from start to finish. I needed implants and crowns fitting. My implants were fitted in August 2024 and I had to return in November. My implants did not take correctly, so they removed them and refitted new ones at no extra cost. I returned in May 2025 and could not be happier with the outcome. The dentists are perfectionists and will not let you leave if you or them are not happy. Big thanks to all the staff , dentists , receptionists , assistants , and especially Kennel, Shazu , and Tess x

I was nervous but they reassured me. This whole experience has been flawless from the planning by Archie (who oversees everything) to Rassi the perfectionist who wouldn't stop until everything was absolutely perfect. I just wanted this experience to be as important to New Era as it was to me. And they delivered. Thank you so much to the whole team, can't recommend highly enough

If I could I would give more stars. From first meeting in Cardiff met tess from there was so nice detailed plan straight away. Have a price. Booked my flights and Tess sorted the rest. First appointment was so nervous about the pain but honestly didn’t feel a thing. Just a little uncomfortable. Second day root canal felt the needle that’s it. Temps put back in. Then had my permanent ones tried. I was happy but my dentist kenan pointed out a few minor things to change. So glad we did. Friday back and I just had them fitted. Again kenan made some adjustments because my bite wasn’t right. He wasn’t happy until he got it perfect and well it feels taht now. Kenan was absolutely one of the best dentist I’ve ever used. Nothing was to much trouble and even though he didn’t speak much English was never a problem. Same goes for his assistant Nisan. New era smile you’ve change my life. Have me my smile back and I couldn’t be more happier. If your worried about anything nervous or what ever I suggest you go here because everyone at the clinic is amazing too to bottom

I have just had my crowns and implants done and from start to finish the treatment and hospitality was incredible they couldn’t do enough more for me I got a beautiful smile and I can’t wait to go back to get my implants in

It's daunting I know but I've smiled more in the last 2 days than I have in the last 10 years.

The only complaint I would have was the lack of communication for my pickup from the airport and delays to and from New Era.
