I went to New Era as a recommendation and i am delighted with the service i recieved. There is nothing at all can i can fault. The service, the staff the results are fantastic. I didnt have to do a thing it was all done for me.
I had a really bad experience at home with a dentist so i hadnt been to a dentist for over 20 years and im do happy with the service and the confidence i have right now has changed my life. Archey is a diamond he sorts everything out for you and may i add i never felt a thing.

Second visit out and final visit been great and accommodating both times hate visiting the dentist but made it a breeze for me both times can’t recommend enough tess was at Every beck and call and answered every question and sorted any little problems along the way

From my initial message to Archey, who by the way couldn't do enough for me, gave me all the advice I needed, he really went the extra mile.
Very experienced caring dentists, could not do enough for me, they sensed my anxiety, put me at ease, done the whole process expertly and with great care they went over and above!

I have just had 4 days treatment at New Era smile and I can't tell you how happy I am, from start to finish all the staff have been so helpful and everything I asked for they delivered, archey has looked after me from day 1 in England and had been excellent and can't thank him enough, and my dentist Rasih has been amazing and helped me through the few painful times I had, it has been a experience I will never forget but so glad I chose New Era Smile and thankyou for giving me my smile back, thankyou ti everyone

What can I say. I visited New Era Smile last week to start my all on 6 dental implant treatment. I had to have a sinus lift and bone graft whilst having all my teeth removed and implants fitted. Up until now I have been absolutely terrified of the dentist. The wonderful Tess has been inundated with messages from me before my visit, during my visit, and since returning to the UK, and I always get her the same way. She is a gem. Always reassuring me whilst answering my questions. Even offered to take my Husband for medical treatment after he had a bit of a rough night with sickness. Always goes above and beyond. The whole team are amazing at what they do. From my surgeon Dr Ramazan Koyuncu, Dentists, nursing staff, to the drivers that transport you back and forward are all superb. I felt no pain during surgery, and have had very little pain, just slight discomfort in the last week. I am now at home just getting used to my stable temporary teeth which has its challenges with speech at this early stage, but they are really good looking even though they are not my final look. I will be back out in 4/5 months to have my final Zirconium Crowns fitted. Thank you New Era Smile. Look forward to seeing you all in a few months time 😊 xx

Had an excellent experience with new era smile very profesional in everything they done for me transfers were always on time and they were very thorough in the work the done on my teeth . After doing loads of research into this before i started im Extremely happy with the results and very happy i trusted them to renew my smile . Spent 3 days visiting New Era to start my journey for a new smile all on 6 treatment
I am only half way through treatment and will be returning in 2026 to finish my treatment

Up to now the treatment has been first class from the minute they collected me from the airport

Day 1 all teeth removed , titanium bridge fitted and 6 implants in each Jaw
Day 2 scan of gum for me temporary teeth
Day 3 temp teeth fitted

I cant fault this place at all at the moment and very much look forward to the next part of my journey at start 2026

Very unprofessional and no after care promised to do my implants they kept breaking went back four times, broke again the second day I returned home now they are blaming my last dentist for the problems, I sent them all the X-rays and information the promised to sort it out for me now they no longer want to see me and told me to go back to original dentist, I’m so disappointed and left with big gaps, very unprofessional and no after care I do not recommend this clinic just after money

Wow wow wow, all I can say is from the start (1st message) to finish (last check up appointment) the experience I’ve had with New Era smile has been amazing.!!

My co-ordination Tess was so helpful throughout the whole process, she actually goes above and beyond to make you feel happy, also helps without any hesitation,

Not once have I second guess whether I choose the right dental practice to go too, the dentist who done my procedure was great throughout, even the drivers for transfers are friendly and helpful too

So yeah I can’t complain about the experience and now I’m happy to smile whenever instead of hiding my teeth

New era smile is amazing! From start to finish the communication during and after was great! Tess our co ordinater was so helpful through out our procedures and after everything was completed she was still checking in to see how we both are getting on. We had a great experience with Archey and the team. From meeting them in Liverpool in August to getting our teeth finished at the clinic in October. Would highly recommend as it’s such a professional set up with great dentists and team, couldn’t fault them!

Just returned home after receiving treatment from New Era they were amazing from beginning to end . I had 24 zirconium crowns and 4 zirconium implants , over 2 visits to Turkey. Yes there was some pain but no where near what I expected before I started the treatment back in may 2025

All the staff were professional and friendly from receptionists to chauffeurs.

As for my surgeon Dr Ramazan Koyuncu and dentist Kenan they were both professional, clinical and reassuring through out the time I was there, a big thank you.

Archey my contact from the beginning and still is, what a credit to the team , always replied to any questions advise etc etc the list goes on nothing to much trouble I thank you as well.
