I found New Car Discount via the internet, requested a quote and received a reply in a couple of minutes from Nick. The price quoted was exactly as they advertised on their web site including the fantastic discount. Any questions I had about the car and delivery was responded to immediately and I am now the delighted owner of a brand new sparkling Qashqai.
The process was very simple, I requested a quote for the make, model, colour etc. of the car I wanted, received a quote and approx. delivery date (week to 10 days), asked my questions, got an immediate reply, completed the NCD order form by email, and received an email acknowledgement by return. A couple of days later Nick called to say my car delivery was on time.
I was given the choice of delivery to my home address or to collect from NCD at Warrington. Being an internet sceptic, I chose to collect from Warrington and pay by bankers’ draft. Again NCD were great, Nick collected me from the train station and drove me to their offices, let me inspect the car at their offices before handing over the bankers’ draft and gave instruction on the controls and features of the car before I drove off. The V5C registration certificate arrived exactly 2 weeks later from the DVLC.
This is the first time I have used New Car Discount to purchase a car and can honestly say it was a pleasure doing business with them and will certainly use them again for my next car. The money I saved by using NCD, I used to upgrade to the Tekna + model which would not have happened if I had used a local dealer.
